The protein in eggs helps you feel satisfied longer, stabilizing blood sugar.

Fish.
Fatty fish such as wild salmon contain an omega-3 fatty acid, which has been shown to increase the membrane quality and nerve function in three areas of the brain associated with mood.Fish can also be a great source of protein, which can help stabilize blood sugar.Grains.
Complex carbohydrates can take longer to digest, meaning they don't cause spikes in blood sugar, creating mood swings.

Since each of these statements was accompanied by a picture clicking on the above buttons will take you to both the statements and the pictures.

Recently, my son who is a nurse was discussing how helpful this kind of knowledge is for him in exercising, losing weight and dealing with stress in his life. I asked him to help me write something about this but he has been too busy lately to do that. However, balancing blood sugar and keeping clear headed and preventing Hypoglycemia or diabetes often is the difference between life and death in many people's lives. So, a clear knowledge of what causes calmness in diets might be helpful.Because spikes both up and down caused by white sugar, processed foods and additives and white flour tend to cause over time both hypoglycemia and diabetes. Though this might be the primary cause of these diseases there could be other causes like genetics that add   to this problem as well. So knowing everything from omelets to fish, to whole nuts and whole grains (organic if possible) to anything else you can learn from people, books, the Internet or any way else you can may be very important to your life and health and to all those you love worldwide.

Also, I had always wondered why they give people nuts on almost every passenger flight you take worldwide. The answer is above in that nuts create "Serotonin in the brain" which makes people feel good and less stressed.
