Healing

In Fall 1998 I woke up and looked in the mirror and felt strange and my lips and arms were numb. As I looked in the mirror my lips looked like they were turning blue. I called my son to come and take me to the hospital. I knew if I called for an ambulance I might die because I would become afraid and I knew I had to maintain my calmness in order for me to stay alive. So, my son came and we went to the hospital. The doctors there didn't know what was wrong and advised me to see a heart specialist. My doctor recommended a heart specialist and he didn't know what was wrong either. He sent me to Stanford Medical and I had an angiogram (at that time up from my right leg and femeral artery so I watched on TV the little robotic camera up my leg and into my heart. About 20 nurses and doctors stood by working around me at that time. Later that day I received Electrical Heart Stimulation. I didn't like being drugged that deeply and told the nurse I didn't want to be that strangely high. But she told me they didn't want my body jumping off the guerney as they stimulated my heart to see what was wrong. Amazingly, after entering Stanford Medical near Stanford University in the early morning, by about 6 or 7 pm I could go home. This just seemed beyond belief after all I had been through that day. However, outside of giving my lisinopril which is an Ace inhibitor that helps rebuild my heart they didn't know what was wrong with me until May 1999 when I was told by my Heart Specialist that my heart had healed and they had realized I had had a Heart Virus all that time. I also knew by then that everyone else I had heard of at that time who had had a heart virus had died except me that year. And the only reasons I knew that I had survived the 7 months of this so far was that that first day angels had appeared to me while I was waiting for my son to take me to the hospital and they encircled me (white Light Angels) and said in unison "You aren't going to die. Your life will get better now!" They kept saying this until all the cells in my body seemed to hear them on a cellular level in unison. However, it was harder for me to believe what they were saying because it felt like I was dying. But I have learned as an intuitive to always believe them even if it sometimes is odd or strange to a human being to listen to what they have to say. So, on one level I believed them and the cynic in me thought I might die. But remember, listen to the angels, they are usually right. And they were.

And so I attribute the Angels and the Lisinopril Ace Inhibitor, and retiring at my wife's request and studying with Tibetan Lamas and learning meditations and practices that kept me from panicking when I couldn't oxygenate my blood. This is what kills most people with Heart Viruses. If you can't oxygenate your blood, you begin to pass out. But if you panic it is fatal at that stage. So, I learned to stay calm while passing out and this helped save my life by going into an alternate meditative state of consciousness rather than panicking like most people do and dying.

So, then this last October flying back from Hawaii something happened to me and whether it was the solar flare hitting earth and it's magnetosphere or something else, I began to have heart problems again. This time I couldn't understand that much when people talked to me. And so my wife and I went to the doctors and he recommended a carotid artery and heart Sonogram. This defined my problem which now is low heart compression of about 40 percent. He also said that some damage from my heart virus had contributed to this. However, at 30percent if it got that low many people consider a heart transplant at that point. So, I would go on lisinopril and Coreg if I could tolerate it. I cannot tolerate Coreg and am allergic to it like many patients so I stopped taking it.

So, today I have an appointment with an Aryuvedic specialist who helped my neighbor's daughter stay alive when she almost died from eating genetically modified foods. She had to only eat brown rice for a couple of years to stay alive before her immune system finally recovered. But most people die within a week or two of having an allergic reaction to Genetically modified foods. And those who don't die are eventually sterilized and incapable of having children if they eat genetically modified foods for very long. So, buying foods from some place like Whole Foods or other stores that actually check if it is genetically modified or not will allow you to still have kids on into the future if you want to have kids.

I have learned online about 2 herbal things I can take to help me so far: One is Terminalia Arjuna and another is Guggul. Also, the aryuvedic lady mentioned that muscle weakness like I was having as a side effect of Lipitor was a serious problem and that she had an herbal that would do pretty much the same thing as Lipitor as well, so likely I will move to that as well so I don't destroy my muscles through muscle wasting. Lipitor is used when your LDL count is too high to prevent you from having strokes and blood clots.  Since strokes are the way a lot of my relatives went on both sides of my family I probably have to do something to avoid that now there is enough medical knowledge around to prevent strokes and things like that. So, if you don't have bad side affects to Lipitor and your LDL is high it might save your life. My cousin has taken Lipitor for about 10 years now and is 70 and doing find by the way and still swims in his pool every day. So, some of you will do fine on it.

later:

I was impressed with how thorough the questions I was asked by Aryuvedic practitioners were. They asked me several hundred questions of a different type than I am used to. There is also a technique that I have heard of before regarding strength testing for medicines you are good with or allergic to.

At first I wasn't sure what he was doing but when I asked if he was testing medicines on different parts of my body he said, "Yes. That's part of it." So, this technique likely used for thousands of years already is used to see what your body is going to tolerate and not tolerate as a medicine and what you might be allergic to. The technique involves actually putting little glass or plastic vials of various medications on different parts  of your body while doing strength testing. My wife's reaction who was with me after we left the office later was: "Well. Placebo testing actually heals people 40% of the time. So, any way you look at it this might work." And we both had a very good feeling about the man and his wife counseling us aryuvedically the way they asked for a full blood workup through our MD before they wanted to proceed any further in treating us with Aryuvedic medicines. Also, they want all your vitamins, supplements and prescription medicines with you so they can know better how to treat you with Aryuvedic medicines and treatments.

Both of us when we left the place were in tears to some degree because of finding hope in this new (for us) type of medicine practiced for the last 3000 years successfully in India. Also, I have experienced Chinese Medicine Herbal Treatments in the past along with Accupuncture treatments that were effective at treating various ailments (mostly during the 1980s) in the past at an Accupuncture Training College called "Five Branches" in the Santa Cruz, California area. Since they are training future accupuncturists (at that time) I would be treated by a Chinese Accupuncture Master and about 5 to 12 students learning their new trade. So, it was much less expensive and still you are being overseen by a master at this from China. So, I had good experiences with that as well.
