Write down your dreams

I'm talking not only about your dreams for your life but also the dreams you have at night. As both an intuitive and as someone who found psychology and Intuition are often connected, one can become more Holistic (more whole in all ways and less fragmented in one's life) by writing down one's dreams (night dreams and day dreams).

Often dreams are intuitive indicators. Making sense of them might be hard or not. For example, when you first write down a dream that you have while sleeping it might mean one thing to you. But, as you write down more and more dreams (with a pen, pencil or ipad or Iphone or laptop or other computer device) (or I suppose you could even create a little video of yourself speaking about your dreams as you first wake up).

Over time as you have a record of these dreams (right the moment you wake up from it) it becomes a living record of meaningful events in your life......

For example, when my wife and I in 1986 brought back from Dharamshala a Tibetan Buddhist Lama who was a Geshe from Kham, Tibet I had a terrifying dream where my head was cut off. I asked him about this and he said, "Oh that is a very wonderful dream. It means you are going to do very well on the dharma path." So, I went from being really freaked out to feeling elated that he would share this with me. Because a Tibetan Buddhist "Geshe" which means "Spiritual Friend" in Tibetan is like getting a Doctorate in Tibetan Buddhist Studies for a Monk. He had been discovered to be a very evolved being by Lamas from Lhasa traveling through Kham and was taken by them and trained in Lhasa at one of the large monasteries there in the late 1930s when he was 6.

Dreams often tell of past, present or future events. People who are Intuitives like myself often use these dreams and intuitions to discover what is going on in our own lives or throughout the earth. They are often portents of what is here or what is coming or even of what is taking place within the souls of mankind who are incarnate here on earth for a time in the lives of their souls.

So, by writing your dreams down (night time and day time dreams) of what you might wish to accomplish here in your lives allows you to integrate better with time and space to have better lives both physically and internally in your dream lives. By becoming more whole and less out of touch with both yourselves and the world around you there is more chance that you will actually want to stay alive and create a life you can stand to live here on earth.

Otherwise, without harnessing your dreams for the betterment of yourselves and all mankind you might drift away as a physical being and then you will be no more in the physical world.

If you don't take personal responsibility for creating a life you can stand to live who will?
