Arwa Damon from CNN reported this morning of at least 7 hit by gas attack from missiles or bombs in NOrthern Syria. A teenage school girl went out with her friends from her classroom after the bomb or missile hit from Syria aircraft above. Next, all her class mates were screaming and burning up from either Phosgene or phosphorus gas. She was one of the survivors. This makes the world know that unless the U.S. and France or somebody does something to stop this that it will continue against Syrian Sunnis (which are the majority of Syrians) until they are either all dead or wounded or have left Syria. These chemical attacks need to end.
Note: It is widely known worldwide that Syria has the largest stockpile of chemical weapons in the entire middle east.

Also, Robert Baer(retired CIA) said that from his sources that likely Assad didn't give the orders for Chemical weapons to be used. However, with this happening it is possible that the command and control in Syria is unraveling. He also said if the U.S. and France attack that Assad may "Go Crazy" and start attacking nations surrounding Syria like Turkey, Jordan and Israel. So, what may actually be happening here is Assad's whole government and military might be unraveling at this point.
