Sweeping differences in health care exchange pricing among states and counties is leading to sticker shock for some middle-class consumers and others who aren't eligible for subsidies under the Affordable Care Act.

I think it is important to realize that Republican Controlled STates that do not have Health Care exchanges might be a nightmare for middle class people to negotiate because they have been "Engineered to Fail" by those states. So, the only way people on those states won't get taken advantage of and financially reamed by those "engineered by Republican States to Fail" is for people to complain not to the Federal Government but to the states themselves that have engineered those states premiums to be so high no middle class person can afford them. So, the real nightmare will Not Be in states like California and New York whose Insurance exchanges are giving good prices to people, the real nightmare is liable to be in Republican controlled states where they have been specifically engineered to fail by Republicans.

And I'm wondering how all this is going to work out. If people are forced to make this work then states will be forced by Federal law likely to change to help the middle class afford their insurance in some way, shape or form. Otherwise it is likely that those Republican run states might be voted out of office in the next election by those whose insurance rates have gone through the roof because of Republican engineering in trying to make Obamacare fail in those states.
