The Long Term Problem of the Whole Middle East

The first problem is overpopulation caused by religious zealots that prevent people from using birth control.

The second problem of the middle east is that there is too much desert and not enough tillable land and water for this many people to survive.

The third problem (which is also a temporary solution for some areas) is oil. Oil can cause a lift in economic privilege a for group of people. However, this oil can also oppress the majority of people if it is used that way.

These are the primary problems that are causing groups like ISIS to form.
