The Very Strange (Alliance?) between ISIS and Assad

From the very beginning ISIS was bribed by Assad to kill opposition forces. In this way they killed the rebels supported by the U.S. (ISIS did and has and likely will). So, it could be seen that ISIS is a mercenary army paid for by Assad to keep democratizing forces from succeeding in bringing Assad down.

Part of this is why Assad likely doesn't attack Raqqa which allows his ISIS mercenary army from attacking him but only attacking the kinds of anti-Assad forces interested in bringing democracy to Syria.

Also, you now see Russia's drones not targeting or conducting surveillance on ISIS but rather these same forces for democracy trying to overthrow Assad.

So, what is Russia doing?

I would say Assad and Russia are on the same page. What is Iran's point of view regarding ISIS?

IF Assad and Russia are working together to destroy the forces of democracy in Syria, what is Iran's point of view?

Also, if we ask this question then we also have to ask: "Who created ISIS? Who finances ISIS? and who really controls ISIS?" IS it really countries like Saudi Arabia or Turkey? Is it Iran and Assad and Russia that control ISIS? Or is ISIS just a mercenary army  like  a mafia army of hitmen sold to the highest bidder?

More and more we all have to consider that: "Nothing is really what it appears to be"

while we watch thousands to millions of refugees running from Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan to Europe in ever increasing numbers.

Yes. Nothing is exactly what it appears to be in the news worldwide. And this is why this isn't going to end anytime soon.

If there is no clarity even in the news problems that end the crisis (crises) cannot be solved because they cannot be defined properly.

And if something is not defined properly then solutions are not possible.
