List of some of random information out on Internet regarding Geomagnetic Reversals

Here is a list of some of the things on the Internet from Scientific to non-scientific to whatever that you might find on the Internet. There are many different points of view about this just like with global Warming. However, you might as well just wade into it and see if any of it means anything to you at all.

However, the more people know about the effects of Geomagnetic Reversal and Geomagnetic excursions the more likely their children and grandchildren will survive the next centuries. A geomagnetic reversal can take up to 10,000 years whereas an excursion last up to about 1000 to 2000 years. So, there is no hiding from either of these occurrences, so knowing as much as you can about the potential effects on genetic mutation on every living thing above 10 feet underground or 30 feet below the sea and ice ages and fluctuations in the weather and how solar flares with no magnetosphere can knock out everything electrical on one side of the planet potentially if directed directly at the earth. So, the more you know about this sort of thing the more likely you will survive (along with your children) whatever comes.

    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geomagnetic_reversal
A geomagnetic reversal is a change in a planet's magnetic field such that the positions of magnetic north and magnetic south are interchanged. The Earth's field has ...
  2. Geomagnetic reversal - ScienceDaily

    www.sciencedaily.com/terms/geomagnetic_reversal.htm
A geomagnetic reversal is a change in the orientation of Earth's magnetic field such that the positions of magnetic north and magnetic south become interchanged.
  3. Geomagnetic Reversal - Universe Today

    www.universetoday.com/43824/geomagnetic-reversal
Geomagnetic reversal is when the orientation of the Earth’s magnetic field becomes reversed. Thus, magnetic north and south switch places. The process is a gradual ...

What do we mean by a magnetic reversal or a magnetic 'flip' of the Earth? The Earth has a magnetic field, as can be seen by using a magnetic compass.
  6. Earth's magnetic field - Wikipedia, the free...

    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geomagnetic
These reversals of the geomagnetic poles leave a record in rocks that are of value to paleomagnetists in calculating geomagnetic fields in the past.
  7. Dec 21, 2014 · This geomagnetic reversal would cause your hiking compass to seem impossibly backwards. However, within our planet's history, scientists know that this ...
