4% matter, 23% dark matter, 73% dark energy

This is the actual consistency of where there is actually "Something" in the universe besides empty space.

So, from my point of view since matter is only 4% of the universe I tend to see Galaxies which are most of the matter in the Universe as being like Waterfalls (in other words like transitions from one form to another).

Once again "Dark" in this case only means unknown just like when it's dark outside you cannot see what is going on without a light of any kind.

So, what is actually being said here is "4% matter, 23% unknown matter, and 73% unknown energy.

My theory is that a galaxy like we presently live in on a planet is a transitional form of substance. I'm thinking that the natural substances of the universe are Dark matter and dark energy so galaxies are about as common there for as waves on the ocean or waterfalls on land. In other words they are a "transitional state" and not permanent like Dark Matter and Dark Energy are.

So, I'm thinking that Dark matter and dark energy likely contain both matter and anti-matter.

You might ask "How could this be that matter and anti-matter can co-exist.

My thought is that when they co-exist time does not exist in this continuum and ONLY exists when matter and anti-matter are separated into two separate fields for the most part like they are now in galaxies where there is a matter galaxy with time and an anti-matter galaxy on the other side of the black hole in the center of each galaxy that holds the two poles together. And over time matter flows through the Black hole and matter rejoins with anti-matter to become dark matter and dark energy once again.

So, from this point of view matter and anti-matter only stay separate so long when in a polarity through the black hole of matter and anti-matter.

Why would there be more dark energy than dark matter? My thought is that it is easier for something to exist in an "energy form" than in a matter form and remain stable. So, this likely is why dark energy is the majority component of the entire universe at 73%.
