After poles melt, Florida, New Orleans, Houston, Norfolk, Washington DC New York, Boston are gone

So, this is part of what we here in the U.S. have to look forward to as the poles melt.

Thinking about the altitude of your property that you are considering buying in the future might be important, especially if it is near or on the ocean. Because your children and grandchildren can't really live on land underwater very easily, unless they anchor above it in a boat or ship. Though much of California where I live will be underwater too there are coastal ranges and places like San Francisco that will still mostly be above water. However, much of Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and San Diego and coastal towns will be underwater too. The Sacramento River up a certain ways possibly past Stockton and Sacramento might be under sea water too depending upon the altitude. San Jose likely will be mostly underwater as well as parts of Oakland and Berkeley and other towns in California too.

So, if you look carefully at this map you see the future of the U.S. on a map.

Trump Tower in Manhattan likely will be underwater. Maybe Donald Trump's descendants will tie up their Yachts to Trump Tower and live there still if the ground is stable enough to support the building still. They could put new entrances up around 50 feet or more high on Trump Tower and Anchor their yachts in the middle of 5th Avenue and they could sail between all the buildings for fun. This would really be a BRAVE NEW WORLD!
