"Little Big Man"

1. Little Big Man was a very important movie when it came out. It is a comedy drama about a young man through his life and all the really crazy (almost fatal) things he experienced throughout his life. I have met people who told me stories about their lives as crazy as this one and even my life at times resembled the craziness of this movie. Whether it is fictional or not I don't know completely. But, laughing and crying through this movie might be therapeutic to you like it is for me every time I watch it every few years.

    

   This is an example of a "Crazy Wisdom" story and how Crazy Wisdom practitioners (Medicine men and healers in general) are created. You go temporarily crazy from what life gives you but in the end you are a survivor and able to help all the beings you can and have the Grace to go on no matter what. It is an amazing story like many people actually lived here in the U.S. over time. To survive a life like this is a testament to just how adaptable and strong we all can be if we have to be.
