I tried to create a word button for the web address above but this didn't work for me so I guess this is the best I can do. Several people were looking at this page. I'm not sure at this point if it is at dragonofcompassion.com but I'm hopeful it is. I'm not quite sure at this point how I would check if it is there.

I just wanted the Reader to know that the following works are 1st or second draft. This means that it is straight out of my fingers onto my laptop and then transfered into html through my desktop. Please excuse any typos or other errors in context or syntax. Also, even though Memories, my book that starts with mem1.html then mem2.html etc. has been through at least 10 or more drafts it is still a work in progress and there are still typos that occured while transferring it into hyper text markup language or html so you could read it. Blessings to the Reader. Also, before you read this or listen to this it might be useful to read or listen to "Memories" first because all the main charactors are in "Memories". Also, it is my personal experience that all these charactors are legendary versions of the real thing. In other words I am sharing things with you in order to help you and your descendants survive the future and prosper in the future. Many of the things you need to know to survive are within these books. But beyond what I have written, common sense, right mindful compassion and just right mindful kindness as long as it doesn't interfere with your physical or soul survival are the most important things of all for your survival both while living in a body or afterwards.
Monday June 4th 2001 Book 2 The History of Arcane 3000+ AD
Here we begin the Histories of Arcane. At the end of our last book we found Ah Ray IN and Arcane settling down to a life together. This marriage which included 3 live children and many grandchildren etc. etc. Their marriage spanned the 20th to at least the 30th centuries on earth as well as many travels by themselves, their children and their friends throughout the galaxy.
When Arcane's children chose not to renew their lives after living over 800 years each Ah Ray In's soul now Celeste Weaver became despondant and decided not to renew her body any more times as well. Though Arcane was sad to see Celeste go. He fully supported her free will decision to pass on naturally. However, as a galactically recognized living saint he knew he had the responsibility to go on living until His teacher Eridian informed him otherwise.
At this point in the 30th century Arcane sensed that the human race on earth was stablized enough to be okay for a while, so he intuited that he needed to go forward in time to the time of King Interlaken. Through conversations with Jonathan in his dream state Arcane had learned many things of Jonathan's life as if it were his own(which of course it would be in the future of his soul somehow.)
Once the Galactic Time Guard had found out formally that Jonathan was the same soul as Arcane they were forbidden to be in each others physical presence. Later Eridian visited the Time Guard and assured them that there was no problem. He explained to them that Arcane was a fully empowered planetary emissary both of Earth and New Deva as well as the Galactic Time Guard. Eridian convinced the Time Guard that they must cease to view Arcane as a person and begin to view him as a useful phenomenon that would span millions of years and be very useful to the well being of the entire Galaxy.
In finding out about Ragna, Elohar, and King Interlaken as well as His Oneness, Arcane realized that His Oneness and possibly even King Interlaken were future incarnations of his. He also knew that Eridian was a lifetime of his. He asked Eridian to visit him.
Eridian appeared while Arcane was walking alone on Mt. Shasta on one of his favorite trails.Arcane Said, "I think I've done what I can to stablize the human race of earth. Earth is now is the process of colonizing many planets. I think I can now go into the future of earth and work with King Interlaken and assist him with his contact with non humanoid planetary cultures."
"I agree with you, Arcane. I'm glad you have come to this on your own. It makes it much easier for me as I could never exist without what you and Jonathan have done to create a better life for us all. Healing the time space tears and rifts has been vital to the survival of all life on earth.
Arcane looked at Eridian and said, "You know, so much has transpired since I first met you Eridian. I've come to see you as a mentor, and uncle or even as a second father.0...0000
Arcane thought of his association with Eridian that had now spanned over 1000 years in his real life time as well as millions of years in time travel. He looked Eridian in the eye and said, "When will I die?"00000....And Eridian looked at him and said, "It is not known if you will ever die."
Arcane said, "My wife, Celeste as you know chose to pass as our children chose to pass. As a living Saint I must live on to shepard all life into a good future. Besides I can still visit my children and their children etc. etc."
Eridian said,"I'm sorry that this weight is upon you but Celeste will be born again and you will see her again."
Arcane said, "Will she look similar?" "A little bit." said Eridian. "She will be on one of the planetary colonies you visit at the behest of King Interlaken."
Arcane thought about this and said,"Will we marry this time?"
Eridian said, "No. But you will be friends. She is not female this time. So you will not marry or have children. But you will remain friends.
It's just as well then. At least I'll see her again. Can I share the memories of her last two lives with her." Eridian said, "That would not be wise. Sanity would not be the result in the culture she is born into in the time you will meet.
I understand then I'll protect her from her past lives then." Eridian said, "I'm afraid that will be necessary to protect her soul."
"I authorize you Arcane to go forward in time to connect with King Interlaken. The easiest way to do this is to meet Ragna and Elohar at the intersection of time and space where they first met Jonathan in his lifetime. In that 00000000000 era you will be called St. Germain."
Arcane looked confused and said, "But I haven't been St. Germain. Why would I be called St. Germain?"
"You will act as St. Germain on Jonathan's behalf. Because you will be his tutor in a new way."
"I'm not sure I like the idea. Will I ever be St. Germain?"
Possibly, in the future you will choose to do that kind of work again. But you will live many thousand years before you consider such options."
So Arcane said, "Okay. I'll go back and begin the work you wish. Do you have orders?"
Eridian put his thumb on Arcane's forehead and put his fingers over the top of Arcane's head and said,"Here is the best I can do for now."
Arcane was amazed whtat Eridian had installed in his awareness and was grateful beyond measure."
"What do most people call you, Eridian?",said Arcane now imbued with Saint Germain from Saint Germain's real teacher." Eridian looked very pleased and said,"Though I have different Saintly names in every religion and philosophy on earth and beyond the names most useful in your context and Jonathan's would be the Great Divine director and Lord Maha Chohan."
At this Arcane's eyes grew very wide. He said, "You are the King Chohan, then?" "Yes!" said Eridian smiling. Arcane suddenly had a whole new context to view his timeless master and the master of all the times and spaces of Earth and its almost infinite heavens.
Still awestruck at his new understanding of his old master Eridian he at last had thousands of new contexts to put his teacher in.
"Godspeed!" said Eridian with his right hand raised in infinite blessing.
"I'll see you soon old friend." said Arcane. Arcane watched as Eridian slowly faded out of that dimension.
So Arcane found his way back through time to the moment that Eridian had given him where at least in Jonathan's eyes Ragna and Elohar had first intersected with him in time and space. The time is December 1969 and Jonathan is in a very sad state. He is trying to figure out whether he should go on living in a human body or not.
When Arcane first came upon Ragna and Elohar they were very startled and surprised and Ragna said, "Who are you?"
Arcane said, "I'm with the Galactic Time Guard." At first Ragna sought to to obstruct Arcane. But Arcane simply reached over and put his thumb on Ragna's forehead and changed his consciousness.
Elohar looked at Arcane and said, "Thank God, you're here. Eridian told me you would come."
Arcane looked deep into Elohar and said, "You are far more advanced in consciousness than I was led to believe."
"Yes. But I'm not a soldier and a technician like you, Arcane. I'm just a seer and a priestess."
"I'm not a soldier killer. I've only killed once and I had no other choice at that time."
"Elohar looked deeply into Arcane and said, "I would have done the same."
At this point Elohar realized that Ragna could not protect their civilization from Arcane even if he was a threat. Though she was not a warrior protector as such she must now take Ragna's place temporarilly to certify that Arcane was not a threat to their civilization. She would have to scan Arcane very deeply to find his deep motives now even though this might offend him.
Meanwhile Ragna was returning from his stupor and said, "You are from the future from a planet that earth colonizes and I'm related to you aren't I.
"Yes, I'm a series of Greats then Grandson."
"Then I honor you as my seed."
"Then you are my great etc. grandson as well." said Elohar.
"Yes!" said Arcane>
Tears came into elohar's eyes when she realized what and amazing dynasty that Ragna and she would create. Looking into Arcane she could see memories of all who had gone before him. She could see all the ancestors of his that had come from her and Ragna. Tears dripped onto her gown in the realization of this. However, despite all this she owed her civilization to continue to scan Arcane.
Ragna looked strangly at Elohar because of her tears. Elohar realized that Ragna was alarmed and said, "Ragna, these are tears of joy and amazement. Arcane is indeed our descendant. Ragna shuddered at the thought. He knew his men were right when they told him of his future son from his future marriage to Elohar. Ragna looked deeply into Arcane and said, "I can't harm you because you are family."
Arcane said, "Same here."
Elohar looked at Arcane and then looked at Jonathan who could not here this conversation or see them and said, "Arcane and Jonathan are the same soul in two bodies."
Ragna looked like he was going to throw up but he was a soldier first and so he bit his lip until the blood bled into his mouth and said, "This is too much, Elohar. This is too much information. I can't contain any more of the personal stuff, right now!"
"What do you want, Arcane?" said Ragna through gritted teeth.
"I need to connect with you. I am an envoy to your King Interlaken. I came now only because Eridian made me aware that you came to Jonathan in this month in 1969.
Ragna looked thoughtful and said, "So you traveled from what time and place to get here?"
Arcane said, "I traveled from about the year 3000 on the timeline of Earth. "Why weren't we aware of your existence then?" "Our technology is superior to yours. Remember, I'm from approximately 1 million years in the future."
Ragna said,"We have suspected that there were others working at higher levels that ours for some time."
Arcane said, "There are even time guard units that function beyond the level the our Galactic Time Guard functions that oversee hundreds of Galaxies at once, Ragna." Ragna said, "So there are many layers of Time Lords then?"
"Yes.The higher level the more subtle their function in stablizing time."
You know, King Interlaken once said to me that he wished that were the case because he wasn't sure that what we were doing was in the best interests of all beings everywhere. We do the best we can but we are primitive compared to what Elohar says you are a part of."
"Yes, Ragna. You and Elohar are each others best teachers." "You honor us, Arcane. Do you really believe that?" said Elohar.
Arcane said,"It is a belief beyond certainty."
Arcane looked at Elohar and said, "I can't have you scan me in that way. It could be harmful to you. You have to allow me to organize what you see in a way that won't harm you or your culture. Don't just go rummaging through my consciousness. I've shared a lot freely but if you continue I'll have to put you to sleep."
"I've seen enough. I know you are trustworthy. I know that you probably have the highest level of ethics of any being I've ever met in this lifetime including myself." She finally knew enough about Arcane to know he would be an incredible asset to her civilization.
Arcane studied Elohar. He said, "There are beings with even higher levels of ethics than I."
"I'd like to meet these beings." said Elohar.
Arcane replied, "They don't live on the same timeline as earth. They live in other parts of the Galaxy nearer the core in these times and other times. They don't usually have a need to intersect with earth, especially because it is on the galactic rim and very few beings with that level of ethics can survive the rim planets and all the changes that beings go through on rim planets."
Arcane in speaking to Ragna said, "Could you authorize me to meet with King Interlaken?"
Ragna replied, "Since Elohar says you are who you say you are I believe I can arrange a meeting on the condition that you return with us on the Awesome, our sentient Timespace ship."
Arcane scanned the Awesome and the sentience residing there and said, "That will be acceptable."
Ragna loked nervous but then started to relax a little because the decision had been made.
Arcane said,"Elohar, Eridian sent me here not only to meet with you both and your king but to also to manifest as St. Germain to Jonathan.
"Amazing!" said Elohar,"I knew we might be able to prevent his death but I was uncertain we would be able to give him a life empowerment."
Arcane looked a little confused and said, "I have ethical problems in doing this to my own soul because I have not yet been Saint Germain. Eridian hinted that I may eventually become "The man who Never dies" of Europe noted in history. However, I feel a little disingenuous in treating my own future soul in this way."
Elohar said, "I would trust Eridian completely. I'm sure you are aware by now that one of Eridian's many names is The Great Divine Director?
"Yes," said Arcane. Then Elohar felt confident to continue," In the context of the early childhood religion and spiritual psychology that Jonathan is dealing with here in 1969 the Great Divine Director was his class master in his senior year in high school." ARcane said, "Go on." "Well." said Elohar, "The Great Divine Director was and is the the primary spiritual teacher of Saint Germain as well as many other saints of many religions. In fact some believe that he performed a function very much like Jesus during Atlantis and Lemuria and possibly even Mu."
"Please go on." said Arcane.
"What is of paramount importance here is that Eridian who is the Great Divine Director and the primary teacher of Saint Germain and class master of Jonathan authorized you to be Saint Germain by placing his thumb on your forehead. For all intents and purposes you ARE Saint Germain for Jonathan to empower him to stay alive in the here and now!" Arcane looked like he was going to cry. He said, "Elohar, thank God you were here. I couldn't have pulled this off without you."
Elohar beamed, "Eridian knew what he was doing sending you here to help us. You thought you were just here to fly forward in time and visit King Interlaken. However, Eridian sent you to save the life of one of your souls bodies."
Elohar's eyes then burned into Arcane as she said, "Jonathan is waiting for you, Saint Germain!"
"What an amazing woman!" thought Arcane.
Thus began the oddest experience of Arcane's life in ministering to his future incarnation as a master he had not yet even considered in becoming.
Arcane looked from his dimension into the room. He saw Jonathan at age 21. He definitely didn't want to live in a body on earth anymore. Too many personal disasters had coincided at one time for Jonathan to choose to live if he was left alone now.
Jonathans mind screamed, "I can't go on." This was too much for Ragna who once had been Jonathan's father during this time. He felt broken and helpless to help his son just as he had when he really was Jonathan's father. Ragna withdrew and became very quiet.
Though Elohar was moved to tears also since she clearly remembered being Jonathan's mother during that time she was also a trained therapist as well as priestess and so was better able to maintain composure than Ragna (at least in this kind of situation).
Arcane found himself seeing Jonathan and one of his children who had recently passed on and struggled for composure.
Jonathan repeated in his mind in prayer form, "Dear God, I cannot go on. Everything I have lived for is gone. I am permanently separated from my religion and my religious friends around the world. The girl I was to marry is one of those friends. I'm lost. My whole purpose in being born is gone. Please let me die. God, please let me die."
At this point Ragna and elohar became visible as silvery being of light and spoke with him. Ragna began, "You must not die. The future of earth depends upon this life you will lead. If you die now the humans of earth go extinct within 300 years. something you will do in this life will prevent human extinction. We are from the future. If you die now we will never be born."
At this Jonathan cried and was confused at first. Then he said, "Then I will live on for all the others but not for myself. Though I can no longer live on for me I will do this for the human race of earth who gave me life."
Both Ragna and Elohar acknowledged Jonathan's sacrifice. "We understand it is difficult but you must go on."
Note to the reader******** Though I tried to relay the rest of this to you, God made it known that the rest of this story of Jonathan Elohar, Ragna and ARcane as Saint Germain must remain secret. God's words were: "If you share this,it will be misused. You must not do this!" At this point the door slammed hard from the wind and my computer went offline and the computer screens went black. I decided that I would obey. Once again I must share that my personal motivation for writing this book is to prevent the extinction of the human race on earth and beyond. It is my personal experience that souls from earth as well as from all over this galaxy and beyond incarnate when they wish in human bodies and other forms on earth. Since I believe this is true I do all I can to preserve this platform of soul evolution that some call earth. Blessings to the readers.
There is still some resistence to what I will now put online. I am told by my teachers that it is necessary for me to share the following to help the human race of earth and beyond to survive these times. You must understand that my point of view is that of a truth seeker. There are many beliefs that disagree with me. However, I must do what I believe to be the highest good for all beings past, present and future. This is my life's mission.
Arcane was relieved this was over. He realized that Eridian had tricked him into intiating his future soul into a life of spiritual service to life on earth. He felt mixed emotions about this but one thing was sure. God had reclaimed his soul through a death of dying as a man and being born again as a priest of God through Eridian as the Great Divine Director and Lord Maha Chohan through himself empowered now as Saint Germain. He had watched as God had killed Jonathan as he knew himself to be and had watched Jonathan turned into a ra type of renunciate of his own life. He had watched Jonathan become a priest not of any one religion but of God direct through Eridian as the Great Divine Director and himself empowered by Eridian to be Saint Germain. Jonathan was now like himself, a priest of God direct. Arcane watched this young 21 year old Jonathan die to God and thought once again of how he had been tortured by Tech Noir and then of how he had died to self like Jonathan at the hands of Eridian and the Light Elders of Earth. Without his sacrifice of self, Tech Noir might never have been defeated. And without Jonathan's dying to self the human race quite likely would gone extinct by now as well. 'Now' to Arcane was where he live last, the 30th century after Christ. And in the 30th century Jonathan was still a very wealthy writer living in California and freely traveling the Earth. Jonathan and he were both anomalies. Neither knew if or when either of them would ever pass on. And both, like Saint Germain, had perfected the art of pretending to die and then inheriting and moving on as ones own descendant as well as several other useful variations.
It is still at night late in 1969 for Jonathan. He is very surprised to have encountered the two silvery beings. He is still even more amazed that his master teacher Saint Germain had come to him personally. Jonathan knew Saint Germain by his "presence" because the whole feeling in the room changed when Saint Germain arrived. Being still a young and idealistic man he felt everything very deeply. He had not yet developed sophisticated methods of dealing with any conceivable situation successfully with complete calmness. That would arrive by his mid twenties. But even that calmness would eventually be broken by death and divorce. Jonathan looked within himself that night and was amazed by the change within his being. He had never imagined physically surviving such changes. It looked like he must go on living now. It seemed to his old self impossible and undesireable to go on but he had promised God and Saint Germain and Jesus that he would go on no matter what. So he would. He had taken a vow before God to live on in a human body on earth and help prevent the potential extinction of humankind. Nothing even death would stop his resolve given the Grace of God.
Jonathan felt an amazing kind of peace he had never felt before. In looking within his being the internal wars of youth were gone now for the most part. He was amazed what the vows, the commitment and the vows before God had done to him. He was strong in a way he had never even conceived of before. In the new role God had chosen for him there would be no failure. He was amazed. God demanded absolute obdedience in order for life to remain in this body. Since it was God's will whatever he did in the new way would always be victorious. Amazing!
Here was something that would not be understood unless experienced first hand. He thought of people telling him of dying and being reborn again. This finally made sense to him now. What he felt was also bittersweet very much like souls feel when they die physically. They feel a sense of sadness and loss of loved ones left behind while at the same time feeling a joy at being released from all the pain of this world. That was what Jonathan felt. He felt like he had just died but his body still lived. He would have to grow up again in some ways. The change was so great inside him. And he was grateful! He had died and God had given him a new life and a new purpose. He would perservere on as long as he was needed by God and he would look for Joy in all that came his way.
Now we move back to Ragna, Elohar and Jonathan in 1969. They had saved Jonathan's life and were moving toward the Awesome. In the Awesome Ensign Hawk and Commander Free seemed more than a little nervous of Arcane. They had scanned his identity and he came up on the computer as various people from the 20th century through the year 3000. All of these people were very well connected at the very highest levels of the U.S. and United Nations Governments during this time. They had come to realize that Arcane had been about 20 different people between the 20th and 30th centuries. Though they did not all look alike they realized that plastic surgery was possible. They traced him through his fingerprints and retinal scans. Though fingerprints can be changed retinal scans cannot without donor eyes.
Ragna asked Arcane if he had been all these people. "Of course." said Arcane. I have no need to hide any of this from you. My work allows your civilization to exist." Soon they had returned to late in the same year that Ragna and Elohar had left 6 months before in their real life time
ON their ride back Elohar and Ragna were pretty quiet. At one point Elohar took Arcane's and in her own and held it. Arcane realized that Elohar was relishing the fact that she was his many greats grandmother. Arcane said to her,"I see you as one of my grandmothers." And Elohar's eyes teared up a little in realizing her child or children would one day lead to the birth of Arcane. This upset Ragna more than he could say.
Ragna said to Arcane,"What did you look like when you were born? And what did you look like as a boy and a young man?"
Arcane puuled a piece of paper out and drew himself as a baby from memory. Then he drew himself as a boy of 7 and then a young man of 20. Hawk and free felt a little nauseated because he looked so much like the white and the grey aliens they had seen before.
Arcane said, "The extended nose that you have on earth is primarily for keeping you from drowning in the rain. It keeps water from rolling directly into your nostrils. When humans aren't out in the rain for thousands of years because of sophisticated civilizations the noses slowly shorten and eventually disapear because they are no longer needed. Eventually there are only two open slits or nostils visible. In addition, on my planet we worked and sometimes lived deep in the water for for long periods our fingers became longer and started to become webbed. We also developed the ability of closing our nostril slits to keep out the water and we developed a form of gills."
"Wasn't it painful to have you fingers shortened when you came to earth in the 20th century?" said Hawk. "Yes." said Arcane. "But I figured it was worth the risk because I couldn't ever go home and I felt more tied to Earth in any times because of my previous and future lives her in the past, present and future. One of the reasons that I worked so hard to keep the human race from going extinct is that I wanted a better planet to reincarnate on. Many of my future lives and even meeting you and King Interlaken would not have been possible without my work.
Also, I visited New Deva many times before I altered my appearance as a Time traveler into New Deva's past." "And they didn't know who you were?" said Elohar. "Some suspected but none could say for sure. Those who fully knew were very evolved seers of my race and knew me to be one of them. They knew I was from the future but they also knew that my visit was a blessing of limitless darshan to ancient New Deva. Those that knew, knew I was more than a humanoid. They knew I was no longer a standard physical being. They wanted the positive influence that I brought and the stories of the galaxy that I brought from traveling through time. I could easily tell them of the parts of the past of New Deva they knew little or nothing about. I just wasn't allowed to tell them of the future of New Deva."
Arcane requested that they pick up Jonathan from a Kiva in Bandolier National Park at a specific day and time at the end of June 2001. Jonathan appeared in the Awesome looking rather dazed. Jonathan said, "When we I return?"
ARcane said, "You will be returned the same instant you left." "That's important because I'm watching my 11 year old and my 5 year old at least 140 vertical feet up a cliff in a kiva in the park."
ARcane laughed at how responsible Jonathan was for his children. Sometimes time shifts were so strange one had to laugh. Arcane thought about how sometimes one is responsible for only oneself and then quickly one is responsible for two or more and then they are gone and one may be responsible for what happens to millions or billions. Living on several planets in many times either gives one a sense of humor or drives them mad. ARcane also realized he needed to go back in time and visit his children while they were still alive. Since his grandchildren and so on would be alive in whatever future time he was in that would be an option too. Arcane thought of something. Yes, he was right. EVen though Ragna and Elohar weren't directly related to each other ARcane realized they were his descendants from his and Celeste's children. He had another strange thought he asked his biocom a question. The answer shocked him a little. It turned out that even King Interlaken was a descendant of his. He thought about how everything appeared to be connected in odd ways.
There is one quality that Jonathan and Arcane shared. Family was and is very important to both of them. If their present family was wearing a different body they were still "family" even though they might watch more closely the behavior of that familial soul in a new body. Also, since Jonathan and Arcane saw and do see each other as brothers much as twin brothers might feel even thought at present they didn't look very much alike because of Arcane's plastic surgery. Before his surgery one would have recognized the similarities if they had been pointed out to that one.
"How long do you think you'll live?" said Ragna to Arcane. "Since time is still in play I can't tell you how long Jonathan or I or any of you can or will live." Elohar had a thought that she shared aloud. "Meet you, ARcane has lengthened all our lives hasn't it?" said Elohar.
"That's very perceptive of you, Elohar!" said Arcane.
Ragna's eyebrows raised and he gave Hawk and FRee a look but Jonathan was nonplussed. He was at a point in life where he had come to believe that the past, present and future hadn't happened yet. It was the only way he could deal with the ongoing time travels to all the times he had visited and was going to visit. It was to him the only logical way to stay balanced in the midst of such changes.
Arcane looked at Jonathan and said, "Yes, That's how I maintain balance too, Jonathan." Jonathan smiled and felt comforted.
"No, that part of the story can't be told accept to King Interlaken and it can only be told in his era forward."
"ONly my king can know!" said General Ragna musing this over. He looked knowingly at Hawk and Free. They seemed to understand the deeper meaning of this as well.
Soon they were back in the area that is now Switzerland in the vicinity of the Matterhorn in the 70th century after the birth of Christ. King Interlaken was well aware that Arcane was with them and so he was there to greet Arcane as he got off the ship. The King was more than a little nervous to meet an alien born and raised on another planet and a member in good standing of the Galactic Time Guard. He also knew full well that he and his civilization would not exist if not for the Time Guard and Arcane's work through the 20th to 30th centuries on earth.
By the 70th century many world government papers had made their rounds to most nations government archives concerning the Galactic Time Guard and it's emissaries. This was especially true since the 1800's in the US and Europe. In fact these documents started to occur in the time of Francis Bacon, Shakespeare and Queen Elizabeth in London,England. Copies of these documents had been passed down through history and from nation to nation and government to government over the intervening thousands of years and were a part of a "never to be publicly revealed basic world government secret currency" to be shared with other planetary governments in times of planetary crises. This had all been compiled in data storage for King Interlaken because even though there was an Earth Planetary Prime Minister, King Interlaken is the King of the World to the inhabitants of that time on Earth.
The United Nations still exists in the 70th century. However,it has changed a lot from the one we know in the 21st century. Also, its name has been changed to All Nations or the more complete title, All Nations working together to Benefit All Life on Earth. This is not in any language you are used to hearing but this is how it translates back into 21st century Americanized English.
Many nations had complained of the name United Nations because they saw it as a loss of individuality of their cultures and customs.
as the Awesome landed with Arcane, Jonathan, Gerneral Ragna,the King's Seer Elohar as well as Hawk and Free, King Interlaken hope that all was in readiness. He also hoped not to offend Arcane as an emissary of the Galactic Time Guard. King Interlaken also knew that anything anyone thought in the presence of Arcane would be known by Arcane. He had already heard how easily Arcane had subdued General Ragna to the point where only Elohar could assess the situation clearly. King Interlaken knew only one thing for certain. EVerything would change from the top down in his civilization now that Arcane was here
Arcane would be greeted by the people of earth as an interplanetary dignitary. Arcane would honor the public deception out of politeness and deference for the Earth Civilization led by the Prime Minister of Earth and King Interlaken.
When King Interlaken first viewed Arcane the hair stood up on the back of his neck. The next instant Arcane locked eyes with the King. They both smiled out of politeness and deference to each other's profound status.
General Ragna, knowing the protocols of his time moved quickly to introduce the 2 great men. "May I present the Emperor of Earth, King Interlaken? May I present to your Highness, Arcane from the year approximately 1,000,000 AD from his home planet of New Deva, Emissary of the Galactic Government in the form of the Galactic Time Guard?"
Arcane took the King's hand and bowed to him. The King was immediately very impressed with Arcane. The King also hoped that his feelings and thoughts about Arcane were genuine and not induced by Arcane or Arcane's biocom as a form of Galactic protocol inhancement. However, he had the distinct impression that this was all his genuine reaction. Arcane was obviously very sophisticated and even was able to speak all the languages that the King could flawlessly, without accent or pause. It was a littl scary for the King to realize that Arcane was so well versed in his languages and culture that he could have been verbally taken for a native in each language. However, physically he looked like he was from the 20th century or thereabouts because human features had changed somewhat over the last several thousand years.
It was also a little unnerving that Arcane was more knowledgeable about the state of the King's present day political and world affairs than even th King was. King Interlaken finally realized that he had to view Arcane as non human or at least not from Earth because his intellectual and intuitive abiities so far exceeded anyone he had ever met that was human and from earth.
King Interlaken finally asked Arcane about this. He said, "How is it that you can be fluent in so many languages as if they were your own native language? How is it that you know even more than I about the present day world politics?"
Arcane replied,"I was taught to understand whatever I needed to know in seconds. In other words I can encompass all the knowledge needed for a PHD in a few seconds. And I usually travel with all the technology that enables me to do this within my body." The King said, "That's pretty scary!"
To which Arcane replied, "My capacities will never by used to harm in any way you, your family or your civilizations here on earth." The King looked deeply into Arcane for a moment and then said, "I believe you, Arcane. The rules for being a Galactic Emissary for the Time Guard must be quite stringent!"
"Yes." Said Arcane. "One must be a combination of Priest, Counselor, Statesman and warrior all in one."
The King replied,"You are proficient at all those callings?"
Arcane smiled and then answered, "So I'm told by Galactic Statesmen and deep thinkers. It also has to do with the way we view things and it also has to do with the level of ESP that I function normally at. However, my specialty is Planetary Anthropology and Psi Ops." "I hope you are not here to conduct any psychic Operations?"
"Oh No. I had to help Ragna to prevent harm to him or me but that was only necessary for a few moments until he better understood the situation. I was just trying to prevent an Intergalactic Incident."
At this King Interlaken laughed because General Ragna was turning red with embarrassment.
King Interlaken finally said, "Whatever brought you here without an intergalactic incident is okay with me, Arcane." General Ragna looked very relieved. The King looked at his watch and said, "Before I have a planetary incident I need to introduce you to Earth's Prime Minister who is waiting to meet you. He doesn't know about time travel or what or who you really are so be careful what you say to him."
Arcane looked pleased and smiled, "Your Highness, do not worry in the slightest. I am completely well trained for any type of situation that may arise.
Once again the King laughed a long hearty laugh. He laughed because he had decided that this had to be the most amazing experience of his long life. He was talking to a humanoid bred from earth colonies past, present and future. He was talking to a humanoid from the deep, deep future who had just been living in the deep past. He thought to himself, "Wow!" This was the kind of thing that the adventurous little boy still inside him loved. Then he thought of his responsiblities and his royal position as King of Earth.He thought "Well, it's time I got disciplined and move this whole thing forward. I've got to suppress my visible joy so the press doesn't get wind of what's really going on. sometimes, I just get so tired of policing all these secrets from public view and scrutiny."
Arcane was quickly ushered into a transport. He rode with King Interlaken and General Ragna. Elohar and Jonathan went directly to the Crystal Palace of the King to make preparations for Arcane's return.
As Arcane traveled in the transport to the All Nations headquarters in Geneva he was briefed on the cover story that King Interlaken and General Ragna had supplied.
After listening to the cover story that they supplied Arcane said, "I agree telling the people of earth that Iam a Galactic Government Ambassador of Peace is the best way of presenting me. Since I presently look like an earthling of the 20th century I would make an excellent representative to Earth from this Galaxy. However, I must ask permission from the Time Guard to do this."
The King quickly said, "Please don't mention to the people of Earth our planetary colonies as the people of earth even now know little to nothing of earth's planetary colonies."
"Why is that?" said Arcane.
The King continued, "If we tell the people of earth too much through the mass media they would all want to go off planet. That isn't practical. So to save them all the psychological problems that telling them creates we say as little as possible while at the same time not drying up funding for colonization. In this way only those who we are intested in sending off planet to be colonists are contacted. If they refuse the memory is erased from their conscious minds. We tell the press and public only of robot colonies and of testing bad planetary environments and of terraforming slowly those environments slowly into an environment similar to earth's.
Arcane said, "I find that unfortunate." The King said, "Why?" Arcane answered, "In the era in which I was born there are no human bodies left alive on earth. I can tell you that much. There is nothing the time guard can do to change that fact because of laws and treaties. There is also nothing the guard can do about the fact that the earth becomes a demilitarized zone for an interspecies war. I was here then during that war. All that is still here on earth then in physical bodies are the animals, birds, fish, insects and other primitive life. The only earth humans that survive then in bodies are in planetary colonies or in other dimensions. Though in those times it may be possible to recolonize earth at some point it will be a long time coming."
The King looked sick. He said, "I see the importance of telling the people the truth about becoming colonists on other worlds."
Arcane then looked like he was taking the King into his confidence. Then he said, "We don't usually talk about the future. However, the Galactic Time Guard wants to ensure that all earth cultures survive either collectively on the same planet some each on a variety of planets. We will do whatever we can to help earth's cultures both survive and evolve."
Their transport made a quick stop to pick up the Prime Minister of Earth. Arcane was introduced to the Prime Minister when he secretly boarded the transport minutes before the transport arrived at the landing pad of the All Nations building complex in Geneva. He was quick to ingratiate himself with arcane as well as the King of the World, King Interlaken. The Prime Minister had decided that today would be the media event of the Century. Arcane was the first truly Galactic Representative to publicly visit earth in recorded history. Arcane saw the Prime Minister to be a pompous but brilliantly intelligent political animal.
The Prime Minister thought, "This man is very different than any I've ever met. He may or may not be human and may appear human only for our comfort. This man if man he be will be my ticket to immortality and everlasting fame. I--am the first Prime Minister of Earth to ever meet a representative of the Galaxy in a public forum on Earth. Everything must be perfect. This is my day and my hour."
Meanwhile, Arcane was thinking, "This man is an egotistical idiot! It sure is good he knows nothing about time travel. He may know about political one-ups- man-ship but he would definitely be a very dangerous time traveler!"
The King though showing a forced smile was now thinking quickly. He turned to the Prime Minister and said, "Ambassador Arcane tells me that an interspecies war may be coming to earth in the far future. It may be necessary for us to begin earnest public colonization of other worlds in order to get out of the way!"
The Prime Minister looke pale and then said, "Please tell me this is a joke, Ambassador Arcane?"
Arcane look sad and said, "I'm sorry Prime Minister he speaks the truth. Though the trouble is presently far off it will eventually engulf earth."
"How Soon?", said the Ambassador.
It won't come for thousands of years but it will come so it is necessary to start colonization efforts to preserve indefinitely the cultures of earth."
How can a war be sustained for hundreds or thousands of years?"
Arcane knew he would have to make up a story. He said, "Faster than light travel causes time shifts and time displacements. The warriors of all involved will fight to the death and don't care whether earth is destroyed or even if it is in the way."
The Prime Minister thought, "Faster than Light Travel?" but he said, "These warriors control Time travel?"
Arcane knew he had to be careful what he said, "Not exactly. It is haphazard at best. But that is why I say this could happen between hundreds to thousands of years into the future. We are not sure when the battleships of both sides will suddenly appear near earth and exterminate any intelligent humnoid life left here."
The Prime Minister turned white. "But that's horrible!" he said.
"Yes. I agree." said Arcane. "However, it must be practically dealt with in order for earth's cultures to survive somewhere else."
"And you are sure of this?" repeated the Prime Minister.
"I'm afraid so." said Arcane
"Then King Interlaken I beg your permission to create a commision to secretly study the feasibility of multiple planets and dimensions to colonize."
The King said, "You have my permission."
The Prime Minister felt a little sick but he still wasn't going to let it ruin his day of days.
As the transport door opened the Prime Minister of Earth jumped out and announced the King and Ambassador Arcane. This began a media frenzy. Each cameraperson and interviewer was jockeying for position.
The Prime Minister of Earth was in his element. He thought, "This is my moment! I'm going to make the most of it!" Then he spoke, "Citizens of Earth, it is my greatest pleasure to announce to you that we are privileged beyond any of our wildest dreams to have in our presence here today an Ambassador of the Galactic Government."
A nervous hush fell over all present because none present even knew for sure that there was such a thing as a Galactic Government. All the reporters began talking at once. Security personnel became stern with them when the reporters moved too close. The Prime minister smiled and continued, "First, I must introduce in a rare public appearance our wonderful and amazing King Interlaken. He and I have arranged this meeting for you, which is the first of its kind in all the recorded history of Earth. so without further ado I introduce you to our King Interlaken, King of Earth and all its Times, King Protector of all our spirits, and the King protector of our entrance into Heaven.
At this most bowed reverently and some tears appeared in many eyes for this King was deeply revered for his wisdom and spirit much like the Pope and Dalai Lama are revered today.
The King disembarked from the vehicle and all clapped. The King said, "My Blessings and the Blessings of the Galaxy upon you all." The crowd seem to sigh a little in relief at this. The King continued, "The Galactic Government sees Earth as a Protectorate. I recently learned this just as you are learning this now. Ths Galaxy also has always been and is presently protecting us from unwanted and unwelcom invasions from other worlds. I recently learned all this just as you are learning this now. The Galactic ambassasdor who is called Arcane come from the Galactic Core and appears to be human like us. However, when he disembarks from the transport I want you all to give him an Earth welcome. without further ado I give you, Ambassador Arcane of the Galactic Government from the Galactic Core.
A hush fell upon the crowd. Even the eyes of the security personnel were riveted upon the transport for the moment. A gasp from everyone soon followed. As Arcane slowly appeared from the transport he was wearing a holographic Galaxy above his head. it appeared about 5 feet in diameter. This Galaxy emphasized the Galactic Core and the location of Earth. All elements were moving in their actual tragectories and movements with the most amazing effect on each observer in person or on TV throughout the earth. People would be talking about this moment for centuries to come.
As he waved to the cheering crowds Ambassador Arcane smiled an amazing smile. Only a psi ops member of the Galactic Time Guard could manage a physical and telepathic smile like this. Every being on earth that witnessed him felt his genuine warmth and kindness toward all. All were put at ease like children who had finally met their first true adult. There was a tear in King Interlaken's eyes as he knew the survival of Earth and all its races depended on this moment.
Arcane began speaking, "Compassionate Beings of earth," he began, "I come to you now on behest of your Earth Government and its communications with the Galactic Government. I come at this time by design to help protect Earth from forces of a renegade government. Within the next few hundred to a few thousand years it will be necessary for the majority of Earth's cultures to live elsewhere in a place or places other than earth. There is no present cause for alarm. This event is still hundreds to thousands of years away. However, in order for all cultures and species of earth to be saved effort must begin to be expended now to begin to move some of all cultures and species to new locations. We will begin by providing Transport Gates to new locations."
There was an alarmed look and murmur that took place now. Arcane went on, "These Gates will function as doorways to other similar worlds to earth thousands of light years away. You will be able to go to these other similar worlds and begin building cities just like you walk through your front door or drive down a highway on land or air or water. You may even work there during the day and return at night. In this way when the calamity comes you will have places built for you and your families to survive in in another place in order to survive the calamity that will emerge within a few thousand years from now. I will now take questions."
"Sir, Ambassador Arcane, why has the Galaxy waited so long to formally contact Earth?"
"That is an excellent question! The Galaxy has a noninterference policy in regard to emerging galactic cultures. It has been found over billions of years that any formal contact with the public in emerging cultures permanently changes those cultures. After this was learned and thousands of mistakes were made laws were made to protect emerging cultures from unnecessary Galactic Interference." At the words billions of years there were gasps of disbelief and amazement throughout the crowd.
"Is the Galactic Government Democratic, Socialistic or what?"
"ARcane smiled, "That is also a very important question. However,it is much more difficult to answer. Imagine millions of worlds with trillions of cultures present as well as thousands to millions of dimensional worlds, some interfaced with specific Planets and Stars and Nebulae and constellations and some not. Now imagine all these different place to live with most of these cultures being the non human sort." There were many Gasps in the audience at this.
Arcane quickly answered their gasps. "It is important to note that although there are more human types of beings than any other in this section of the galaxy that we human types are not the most powerful members of this galaxy. This is because there are more intelligent as well as more intuitive groups than us. However, for the most part human type civilizations are very well protected and prosperous. Because my appearance is like an earth born human I was sent here. Non-human types often disturb the sensibilities of the human public when they first visit as ambassadors."
The reporter didn't give up, "So the Galaxy's government is what type of Government?"
"I'm sorry to be vague but to completely understand one would have to have studied galactic History."
The reporter said, "Please tell us more Mr. Ambassador."
"Okay. The present Galactic government formed and evolved over millions of years on the basis of several major ideas. First, all beings are of equal value, whether they be human, animal, vegetable, mineral, energy or thought based."
Another set of gasps. The reporter with his mouth open incredulously said, "How do we earthlings reconcile this"?
The easiest way for me personally to reconcile all this is to understand that it is all based upon what it takes for any species or culture to survive. One easy example would be that if the dominant culture needs food sources on a specific planet it is allowed as long as the treatment of the food is kind and all suffering is reduced to its maximum extent. After that is done then things like democracy and kindness to all beings is the next provision after the basic survival of all species of plants, animals, organisms, mineral energy or thought based natural or constructs or construct evolutions. Next, ways are found to eleminate all death and starvation on galactic planets." More open mouths accompanied this. "Next, research is done on how to integrate all beings present into the One Galactic Awareness without losing any individual or culture richness or heritage. It is important to understand that none of this is forced. It is all voluntary and this volunteerism can be reversed at any time by the entering being or beings. In this way all confusion and warefare is eliminated. Becoming a Galactic Citizen is based upon kindness, compassion and wisdom in thought deed and action toward all beings everywhere. Eventually all known forms of awareness in, or near each planet, Star, Nebula and Constellation is voluntarily integrated into the Galaxies awareness. However, don't forget that none of the individuality or cultural richness of one single being is sacrificed for this."
THE TIME POOL
Now we journey to the point in time on Earth that His Oneness went to the center of the Galaxy to receive the Time Pool. You will remember in Memories that Elohar, Ragna, and Jonathan as well as Hawk and Free visited his Oneness in a sort of command performance unexpectedly. He owned and still owns the Earth timeline according to Galactic Law still today and will own it for millions of years into the future. Though he is not any longer in a physical earth dimension he is still galactically recognized as the King of the World or Earth according to Galactic law. We in the physical are considered his children, his descendants. He also views all on Earth as his children today and in the future.
The followin happened between 10,000 and 1,000,000 years ago on earth.
Hiw Oneness awoke this day feeling a little strange. So he prayed as he woke and the one of his Ministers knocked on his door. "What is it?" said His Oneness. "Your Highness, there is a message from the Galactic Core and the Galactic Sentience itself!"
His oneness finally understood the strangeness of his dreams and feelings. He go up and immediately addressed His First Minister. So the Minister read the message from the Galactic Sentience.
The message read: "Directed to His Oneness, Time Lord of Earth and its environs. We wish you to come immediately to the Galactic Core. We have sent to Earth outside your dwelling a conveyance to bring you instanly into our court in the Galactic Core. Since ther will be no lag time be prepared to address the Galactic Sentience with all appropriate protocols in place. Please come immediately. We will bring you back the same moment you leave so your planet and time will not be without you and your leadership for even a moment of Earth's time. Thank you, Your Oneness--- The Galactic Sentience.
His Onenes looked perplexed at first but then remembered a message he had received from Galactic Sentience in a recent night time dream. In this dream it had been a vision and not just a dream. The Galactic Sentiece had conveyed to him in a very unique and usual manner that he must come to the Core of the Galaxy to receive and instrument that would be used to protect Earth's time from interlopers. The Galactic Sentience would also imprint on His Oneness to the point where the will of the entire Galaxy would automatically and completely manifest through His Oneness. His Oneness knew that this would lead to a much higher level of enlightenment for himself as well as a much higher level of responsibility for him in the millions of years to come.
The Galactic Sentience said to His Oneness in the vision, "We may not allow you to ever die. You may change dimensions associated with earth and travel the whole Galaxy as well as others but you might not be allowed to die."
His Oneness of Earth had mixed feelings about all this. However, he knew that as long as Earth was under the protection of the Galactic Sentience it could never be attacked by an alien culture. The Earth could be visited, toured, explored by other cultures but not attacked as the Sentience simply would not allow that to stand in time. If an attack came time would be changed. If another attack came from that alien culture preemptive sterilization and subsequent extinction of that planet would be the result. The Galactic Sentience gave only one chance as far as planetary war was concerned on protected planets. The second time caused the extinction of the offending planet.
His Oneness also knew the many other Time Lords from Galactic Rim planets would visit the Galactic Sentience and that each of them would receive a Time Pool to protect their Rim planets. His Oneness knew that the Time Pool was not only to Protect the Timelines of Earth but also would act as a defense against harmful influences from other Galaxies and dimension outside the Earth and Solar System. So in times of distress each of these time pools on Rim Planets would link up in various ways to form protective Time Barriers to unwanted intrusions from other dimensions and Galaxies. And so Time on the "skin" of the Galaxy could be warped and tweaked in the interest of the Galactic Sentience.
For example: When and invasion force from another Galaxy came time could be warped and tweaked so that the galactic rim would be as inhospitable as possible. Therefore there would be no civilizations and no life whatever in the Galaxy the invading force entered. There would be no way for the invading force to survive here. So they would have to die or leave. Most chose and choose to leave. In this way the stablility of the Galaxy and all Galactic Cultures could remain intact. Invading armadas more sophisticated than this were dealt with in other ways.
"First Minister!" said His Oneness. "I need to put someone in charge while I'm away even though in real time I won't ever be gone as far as EArth is concerned"
"It will be done as you command, your Highness."
"Then I need you andtwo other Ministers to accompany me on this Momentous journey to stabilize me. The energy of the Galactic Sentience is so intense I need to be able to maintain psychological balance. I need you and two others just to successfully receive the Time Pool and return back here."
"We will be honored to accompany you, Sire."
IN a few moments the three telepathic Lords and His Oneness were dressed and moving on an antigravity conveyance through the halls and out toward a ship that had been sent for them to embark to the center of the Galaxy on.
His Oneness thought to himself that ship from the Galactic Core looked very much like the Golden Orb from his past life in the future on Atlantis when he was Darshan. A chill went up his spine as the memory suddenly became vivid. The ship now was very bright and shiny and hard to look at like the Sun. What is was technically speaking was a distortion of time and space in the form of a ship. It was safe for a human body and spirit to travel in with no danger from cosmic rays or sterilization to worry about.
note: You will notice in the 20th century no astronauts ever had children after being astronauts with time logged in space. Astronauts over 40 make a lot of sense in the 20th and 21st centuries.
To contiue about the ship from the Galactic Sentience. The ship was equally impervious to Black holes and the like. Basicly since it was a time-space warp one could theoretically travel to anywhere as well as anywhen within the galaxy instantly. It could be said that a ship size container of the time-space at the core of the Galaxy was instantly sent to pick up His Oneness and His Lords. Since the Time-space was just visiting Earth and His Oneness it had no trouble returning to its natural time-space home. All the effort was only spent in sent Galactic Core time-space to some other time-space. The time-space wanted to return home from Earth just like a horse wants to return to the barn to eat after riding in the mountains all day.
As soon as Hi ONeness stepped on the ship he and his Lords were in the Presence of the Galactic Sentience. Even though His Oneness was mentally prepared for this his Ministers were not. Also, His Oneness realized too late that there was no way to prepare for the emotional experience he was now in. Until the Ministers entered the ship they had believed that the Galactic Sentience was visiting earth in the ship. His Oneness not wanting to scare or confuse them any more than was necessary had not told them the truth. It was only after they returned to Earth that His Oneness finally explained most of what was going on.
The Galactic Sentience appeared as a light energy form and not as a physical being at all.
The Galactic Sentience said,"Your Oneness of Earth, you are the three thousandth time lord of a rm planet to receive a Time Pool. I give it to you to protect all time and all time lines on your planet and its environs. Also, I give you this to protect our galaxy from unwanted and unwarranted invasions from other times, dimensions and spaces. Go in Peace!"
As this was taking place His Oneness felt his body and the bodies of his Miniters turn into Light. The four of them communicated about this a little. One of the three ministers started to faint. So they all joined their minds and spirits together and kept all their awareness's processing information in a blissful state at peace for survival.
The Galactic Sentience then said to His Oneness, "You are wise to bring your Ministers with you for support for the rim consciousness does not interface perfectly with the galactic core consciousness. However, I learn incredible amounts of new information each time I commune with Galactic Rim Sentients such as yourself and your ministers. I learn more about our Galaxy and the Rim of our Galaxy than you could possibly understand, Your Oneness."
His Oneness said, "Thank you, Sire! I Thank all who are a part of your Galactic Wisdom and eminence. The people of earth and all life upon it and in all of its environs appreciate the Time Pool and all you have done for us. We appreciate and a grateful for life in an unlimited way!"
The Galactic Sentience said, "I trust you implicitly to protect the interests of the Galaxy, as well as all the sentients of earth and its environs and all visitors to earth past, present and future.
"Thank you, YOur Holiness for that trust is well founded. The Galactic sentience said in parting. "I see very clearly that my trust is well founded past, present and future."
With that ending His ONeness and his Ministers backed away from the Galactic Sentience and back out of the ship Galactic Core Time-space contuum warp and back on Earth outside the summer residence of His Oneness.
The guards were confused. They said with confusion and concern in their voices, "Are you all okay? Are you back? Did you go? What happened?" His Oneness made everyone at ease, "Yes everything went well. Time space was altered by the Galactic Sentience to allow no time to pass here during the meeting." The guards all looked incredibly relieved as protocol breeches with the Galactic Sentience were very dangerous and unpredictable for Rim Planets.
His Oneness and his Lords healed the fear in the Guards eyes as they passed. The Guards were dumbfounded at the visible changes to His Oneness and the Ministers. It hurt the guards eyes to even look at the four returning leaders. The four looked like suns not humans.
The guards scanned the dna of His Oneness and the Lords to make sure they were the same beings that left. All the dna files matched. However, all four had phaze shifted temporarily out of the physical dimension that earth was in.
The General in charge of the guards said, "They have been phaze shifted and should return to normal over several weeks or months. We are all very blessed that they survived the meeting all all!"
"God save His Oneness and His Lords!" all guards and soldiers present repeated the prayer.
His Oneness took this opportunity to address visually and telepathically all who could safely listen on earth. The rest would hear after returning home from work or play. He said, "The four of us have been blessed with a meeting with His Holiness, The Galactic Sentience. We have been given powerful tools to protect earth as well as the Galaxy from invasion from any time or space. We now give thanks to God for Grace and to the Galactic Sentience for wisdom and compassion that he has bestowed upon us. HE has protected us from any would bring harm to the solar system from any time or space.

I just wanted the Reader to know that the following works are 1st or second draft. This means that it is straight out of my fingers onto my laptop and then transfered into html through my desktop. Please excuse any typos or other errors in context or syntax. Also, even though Memories, my book that starts with mem1.html then mem2.html etc. has been through at least 10 or more drafts it is still a work in progress and there are still typos that occured while transferring it into hyper text markup language or html so you could read it. Blessings to the Reader. Also, before you read this or listen to this it might be useful to read or listen to "Memories" first because all the main charactors are in "Memories". Also, it is my personal experience that all these charactors are legendary versions of the real thing. In other words I am sharing things with you in order to help you and your descendants survive the future and prosper in the future. Many of the things you need to know to survive are within these books. But beyond what I have written, common sense, right mindful compassion and just right mindful kindness as long as it doesn't interfere with your physical or soul survival are the most important things of all for your survival both while living in a body or afterwards.
Monday June 4th 2001 Book 2 The History of Arcane 3000+ AD
Here we begin the Histories of Arcane. At the end of our last book we found Ah Ray IN and Arcane settling down to a life together. This marriage which included 3 live children and many grandchildren etc. etc. Their marriage spanned the 20th to at least the 30th centuries on earth as well as many travels by themselves, their children and their friends throughout the galaxy.
When Arcane's children chose not to renew their lives after living over 800 years each Ah Ray In's soul now Celeste Weaver became despondant and decided not to renew her body any more times as well. Though Arcane was sad to see Celeste go. He fully supported her free will decision to pass on naturally. However, as a galactically recognized living saint he knew he had the responsibility to go on living until His teacher Eridian informed him otherwise.
At this point in the 30th century Arcane sensed that the human race on earth was stablized enough to be okay for a while, so he intuited that he needed to go forward in time to the time of King Interlaken. Through conversations with Jonathan in his dream state Arcane had learned many things of Jonathan's life as if it were his own(which of course it would be in the future of his soul somehow.)
Once the Galactic Time Guard had found out formally that Jonathan was the same soul as Arcane they were forbidden to be in each others physical presence. Later Eridian visited the Time Guard and assured them that there was no problem. He explained to them that Arcane was a fully empowered planetary emissary both of Earth and New Deva as well as the Galactic Time Guard. Eridian convinced the Time Guard that they must cease to view Arcane as a person and begin to view him as a useful phenomenon that would span millions of years and be very useful to the well being of the entire Galaxy.
In finding out about Ragna, Elohar, and King Interlaken as well as His Oneness, Arcane realized that His Oneness and possibly even King Interlaken were future incarnations of his. He also knew that Eridian was a lifetime of his. He asked Eridian to visit him.
Eridian appeared while Arcane was walking alone on Mt. Shasta on one of his favorite trails.Arcane Said, "I think I've done what I can to stablize the human race of earth. Earth is now is the process of colonizing many planets. I think I can now go into the future of earth and work with King Interlaken and assist him with his contact with non humanoid planetary cultures."
"I agree with you, Arcane. I'm glad you have come to this on your own. It makes it much easier for me as I could never exist without what you and Jonathan have done to create a better life for us all. Healing the time space tears and rifts has been vital to the survival of all life on earth.
Arcane looked at Eridian and said, "You know, so much has transpired since I first met you Eridian. I've come to see you as a mentor, and uncle or even as a second father.0...0000
Arcane thought of his association with Eridian that had now spanned over 1000 years in his real life time as well as millions of years in time travel. He looked Eridian in the eye and said, "When will I die?"00000....And Eridian looked at him and said, "It is not known if you will ever die."
Arcane said, "My wife, Celeste as you know chose to pass as our children chose to pass. As a living Saint I must live on to shepard all life into a good future. Besides I can still visit my children and their children etc. etc."
Eridian said,"I'm sorry that this weight is upon you but Celeste will be born again and you will see her again."
Arcane said, "Will she look similar?" "A little bit." said Eridian. "She will be on one of the planetary colonies you visit at the behest of King Interlaken."
Arcane thought about this and said,"Will we marry this time?"
Eridian said, "No. But you will be friends. She is not female this time. So you will not marry or have children. But you will remain friends.
It's just as well then. At least I'll see her again. Can I share the memories of her last two lives with her." Eridian said, "That would not be wise. Sanity would not be the result in the culture she is born into in the time you will meet.
I understand then I'll protect her from her past lives then." Eridian said, "I'm afraid that will be necessary to protect her soul."
"I authorize you Arcane to go forward in time to connect with King Interlaken. The easiest way to do this is to meet Ragna and Elohar at the intersection of time and space where they first met Jonathan in his lifetime. In that 00000000000 era you will be called St. Germain."
Arcane looked confused and said, "But I haven't been St. Germain. Why would I be called St. Germain?"
"You will act as St. Germain on Jonathan's behalf. Because you will be his tutor in a new way."
"I'm not sure I like the idea. Will I ever be St. Germain?"
Possibly, in the future you will choose to do that kind of work again. But you will live many thousand years before you consider such options."
So Arcane said, "Okay. I'll go back and begin the work you wish. Do you have orders?"
Eridian put his thumb on Arcane's forehead and put his fingers over the top of Arcane's head and said,"Here is the best I can do for now."
Arcane was amazed whtat Eridian had installed in his awareness and was grateful beyond measure."
"What do most people call you, Eridian?",said Arcane now imbued with Saint Germain from Saint Germain's real teacher." Eridian looked very pleased and said,"Though I have different Saintly names in every religion and philosophy on earth and beyond the names most useful in your context and Jonathan's would be the Great Divine director and Lord Maha Chohan."
At this Arcane's eyes grew very wide. He said, "You are the King Chohan, then?" "Yes!" said Eridian smiling. Arcane suddenly had a whole new context to view his timeless master and the master of all the times and spaces of Earth and its almost infinite heavens.
Still awestruck at his new understanding of his old master Eridian he at last had thousands of new contexts to put his teacher in.
"Godspeed!" said Eridian with his right hand raised in infinite blessing.
"I'll see you soon old friend." said Arcane. Arcane watched as Eridian slowly faded out of that dimension.
So Arcane found his way back through time to the moment that Eridian had given him where at least in Jonathan's eyes Ragna and Elohar had first intersected with him in time and space. The time is December 1969 and Jonathan is in a very sad state. He is trying to figure out whether he should go on living in a human body or not.
When Arcane first came upon Ragna and Elohar they were very startled and surprised and Ragna said, "Who are you?"
Arcane said, "I'm with the Galactic Time Guard." At first Ragna sought to to obstruct Arcane. But Arcane simply reached over and put his thumb on Ragna's forehead and changed his consciousness.
Elohar looked at Arcane and said, "Thank God, you're here. Eridian told me you would come."
Arcane looked deep into Elohar and said, "You are far more advanced in consciousness than I was led to believe."
"Yes. But I'm not a soldier and a technician like you, Arcane. I'm just a seer and a priestess."
"I'm not a soldier killer. I've only killed once and I had no other choice at that time."
"Elohar looked deeply into Arcane and said, "I would have done the same."
At this point Elohar realized that Ragna could not protect their civilization from Arcane even if he was a threat. Though she was not a warrior protector as such she must now take Ragna's place temporarilly to certify that Arcane was not a threat to their civilization. She would have to scan Arcane very deeply to find his deep motives now even though this might offend him.
Meanwhile Ragna was returning from his stupor and said, "You are from the future from a planet that earth colonizes and I'm related to you aren't I.
"Yes, I'm a series of Greats then Grandson."
"Then I honor you as my seed."
"Then you are my great etc. grandson as well." said Elohar.
"Yes!" said Arcane>
Tears came into elohar's eyes when she realized what and amazing dynasty that Ragna and she would create. Looking into Arcane she could see memories of all who had gone before him. She could see all the ancestors of his that had come from her and Ragna. Tears dripped onto her gown in the realization of this. However, despite all this she owed her civilization to continue to scan Arcane.
Ragna looked strangly at Elohar because of her tears. Elohar realized that Ragna was alarmed and said, "Ragna, these are tears of joy and amazement. Arcane is indeed our descendant. Ragna shuddered at the thought. He knew his men were right when they told him of his future son from his future marriage to Elohar. Ragna looked deeply into Arcane and said, "I can't harm you because you are family."
Arcane said, "Same here."
Elohar looked at Arcane and then looked at Jonathan who could not here this conversation or see them and said, "Arcane and Jonathan are the same soul in two bodies."
Ragna looked like he was going to throw up but he was a soldier first and so he bit his lip until the blood bled into his mouth and said, "This is too much, Elohar. This is too much information. I can't contain any more of the personal stuff, right now!"
"What do you want, Arcane?" said Ragna through gritted teeth.
"I need to connect with you. I am an envoy to your King Interlaken. I came now only because Eridian made me aware that you came to Jonathan in this month in 1969.
Ragna looked thoughtful and said, "So you traveled from what time and place to get here?"
Arcane said, "I traveled from about the year 3000 on the timeline of Earth. "Why weren't we aware of your existence then?" "Our technology is superior to yours. Remember, I'm from approximately 1 million years in the future."
Ragna said,"We have suspected that there were others working at higher levels that ours for some time."
Arcane said, "There are even time guard units that function beyond the level the our Galactic Time Guard functions that oversee hundreds of Galaxies at once, Ragna." Ragna said, "So there are many layers of Time Lords then?"
"Yes.The higher level the more subtle their function in stablizing time."
You know, King Interlaken once said to me that he wished that were the case because he wasn't sure that what we were doing was in the best interests of all beings everywhere. We do the best we can but we are primitive compared to what Elohar says you are a part of."
"Yes, Ragna. You and Elohar are each others best teachers." "You honor us, Arcane. Do you really believe that?" said Elohar.
Arcane said,"It is a belief beyond certainty."
Arcane looked at Elohar and said, "I can't have you scan me in that way. It could be harmful to you. You have to allow me to organize what you see in a way that won't harm you or your culture. Don't just go rummaging through my consciousness. I've shared a lot freely but if you continue I'll have to put you to sleep."
"I've seen enough. I know you are trustworthy. I know that you probably have the highest level of ethics of any being I've ever met in this lifetime including myself." She finally knew enough about Arcane to know he would be an incredible asset to her civilization.
Arcane studied Elohar. He said, "There are beings with even higher levels of ethics than I."
"I'd like to meet these beings." said Elohar.
Arcane replied, "They don't live on the same timeline as earth. They live in other parts of the Galaxy nearer the core in these times and other times. They don't usually have a need to intersect with earth, especially because it is on the galactic rim and very few beings with that level of ethics can survive the rim planets and all the changes that beings go through on rim planets."
Arcane in speaking to Ragna said, "Could you authorize me to meet with King Interlaken?"
Ragna replied, "Since Elohar says you are who you say you are I believe I can arrange a meeting on the condition that you return with us on the Awesome, our sentient Timespace ship."
Arcane scanned the Awesome and the sentience residing there and said, "That will be acceptable."
Ragna loked nervous but then started to relax a little because the decision had been made.
Arcane said,"Elohar, Eridian sent me here not only to meet with you both and your king but to also to manifest as St. Germain to Jonathan.
"Amazing!" said Elohar,"I knew we might be able to prevent his death but I was uncertain we would be able to give him a life empowerment."
Arcane looked a little confused and said, "I have ethical problems in doing this to my own soul because I have not yet been Saint Germain. Eridian hinted that I may eventually become "The man who Never dies" of Europe noted in history. However, I feel a little disingenuous in treating my own future soul in this way."
Elohar said, "I would trust Eridian completely. I'm sure you are aware by now that one of Eridian's many names is The Great Divine Director?
"Yes," said Arcane. Then Elohar felt confident to continue," In the context of the early childhood religion and spiritual psychology that Jonathan is dealing with here in 1969 the Great Divine Director was his class master in his senior year in high school." ARcane said, "Go on." "Well." said Elohar, "The Great Divine Director was and is the the primary spiritual teacher of Saint Germain as well as many other saints of many religions. In fact some believe that he performed a function very much like Jesus during Atlantis and Lemuria and possibly even Mu."
"Please go on." said Arcane.
"What is of paramount importance here is that Eridian who is the Great Divine Director and the primary teacher of Saint Germain and class master of Jonathan authorized you to be Saint Germain by placing his thumb on your forehead. For all intents and purposes you ARE Saint Germain for Jonathan to empower him to stay alive in the here and now!" Arcane looked like he was going to cry. He said, "Elohar, thank God you were here. I couldn't have pulled this off without you."
Elohar beamed, "Eridian knew what he was doing sending you here to help us. You thought you were just here to fly forward in time and visit King Interlaken. However, Eridian sent you to save the life of one of your souls bodies."
Elohar's eyes then burned into Arcane as she said, "Jonathan is waiting for you, Saint Germain!"
"What an amazing woman!" thought Arcane.
Thus began the oddest experience of Arcane's life in ministering to his future incarnation as a master he had not yet even considered in becoming.
Arcane looked from his dimension into the room. He saw Jonathan at age 21. He definitely didn't want to live in a body on earth anymore. Too many personal disasters had coincided at one time for Jonathan to choose to live if he was left alone now.
Jonathans mind screamed, "I can't go on." This was too much for Ragna who once had been Jonathan's father during this time. He felt broken and helpless to help his son just as he had when he really was Jonathan's father. Ragna withdrew and became very quiet.
Though Elohar was moved to tears also since she clearly remembered being Jonathan's mother during that time she was also a trained therapist as well as priestess and so was better able to maintain composure than Ragna (at least in this kind of situation).
Arcane found himself seeing Jonathan and one of his children who had recently passed on and struggled for composure.
Jonathan repeated in his mind in prayer form, "Dear God, I cannot go on. Everything I have lived for is gone. I am permanently separated from my religion and my religious friends around the world. The girl I was to marry is one of those friends. I'm lost. My whole purpose in being born is gone. Please let me die. God, please let me die."
At this point Ragna and elohar became visible as silvery being of light and spoke with him. Ragna began, "You must not die. The future of earth depends upon this life you will lead. If you die now the humans of earth go extinct within 300 years. something you will do in this life will prevent human extinction. We are from the future. If you die now we will never be born."
At this Jonathan cried and was confused at first. Then he said, "Then I will live on for all the others but not for myself. Though I can no longer live on for me I will do this for the human race of earth who gave me life."
Both Ragna and Elohar acknowledged Jonathan's sacrifice. "We understand it is difficult but you must go on."
Note to the reader******** Though I tried to relay the rest of this to you, God made it known that the rest of this story of Jonathan Elohar, Ragna and ARcane as Saint Germain must remain secret. God's words were: "If you share this,it will be misused. You must not do this!" At this point the door slammed hard from the wind and my computer went offline and the computer screens went black. I decided that I would obey. Once again I must share that my personal motivation for writing this book is to prevent the extinction of the human race on earth and beyond. It is my personal experience that souls from earth as well as from all over this galaxy and beyond incarnate when they wish in human bodies and other forms on earth. Since I believe this is true I do all I can to preserve this platform of soul evolution that some call earth. Blessings to the readers.
There is still some resistence to what I will now put online. I am told by my teachers that it is necessary for me to share the following to help the human race of earth and beyond to survive these times. You must understand that my point of view is that of a truth seeker. There are many beliefs that disagree with me. However, I must do what I believe to be the highest good for all beings past, present and future. This is my life's mission.
Arcane was relieved this was over. He realized that Eridian had tricked him into intiating his future soul into a life of spiritual service to life on earth. He felt mixed emotions about this but one thing was sure. God had reclaimed his soul through a death of dying as a man and being born again as a priest of God through Eridian as the Great Divine Director and Lord Maha Chohan through himself empowered now as Saint Germain. He had watched as God had killed Jonathan as he knew himself to be and had watched Jonathan turned into a ra type of renunciate of his own life. He had watched Jonathan become a priest not of any one religion but of God direct through Eridian as the Great Divine Director and himself empowered by Eridian to be Saint Germain. Jonathan was now like himself, a priest of God direct. Arcane watched this young 21 year old Jonathan die to God and thought once again of how he had been tortured by Tech Noir and then of how he had died to self like Jonathan at the hands of Eridian and the Light Elders of Earth. Without his sacrifice of self, Tech Noir might never have been defeated. And without Jonathan's dying to self the human race quite likely would gone extinct by now as well. 'Now' to Arcane was where he live last, the 30th century after Christ. And in the 30th century Jonathan was still a very wealthy writer living in California and freely traveling the Earth. Jonathan and he were both anomalies. Neither knew if or when either of them would ever pass on. And both, like Saint Germain, had perfected the art of pretending to die and then inheriting and moving on as ones own descendant as well as several other useful variations.
It is still at night late in 1969 for Jonathan. He is very surprised to have encountered the two silvery beings. He is still even more amazed that his master teacher Saint Germain had come to him personally. Jonathan knew Saint Germain by his "presence" because the whole feeling in the room changed when Saint Germain arrived. Being still a young and idealistic man he felt everything very deeply. He had not yet developed sophisticated methods of dealing with any conceivable situation successfully with complete calmness. That would arrive by his mid twenties. But even that calmness would eventually be broken by death and divorce. Jonathan looked within himself that night and was amazed by the change within his being. He had never imagined physically surviving such changes. It looked like he must go on living now. It seemed to his old self impossible and undesireable to go on but he had promised God and Saint Germain and Jesus that he would go on no matter what. So he would. He had taken a vow before God to live on in a human body on earth and help prevent the potential extinction of humankind. Nothing even death would stop his resolve given the Grace of God.
Jonathan felt an amazing kind of peace he had never felt before. In looking within his being the internal wars of youth were gone now for the most part. He was amazed what the vows, the commitment and the vows before God had done to him. He was strong in a way he had never even conceived of before. In the new role God had chosen for him there would be no failure. He was amazed. God demanded absolute obdedience in order for life to remain in this body. Since it was God's will whatever he did in the new way would always be victorious. Amazing!
Here was something that would not be understood unless experienced first hand. He thought of people telling him of dying and being reborn again. This finally made sense to him now. What he felt was also bittersweet very much like souls feel when they die physically. They feel a sense of sadness and loss of loved ones left behind while at the same time feeling a joy at being released from all the pain of this world. That was what Jonathan felt. He felt like he had just died but his body still lived. He would have to grow up again in some ways. The change was so great inside him. And he was grateful! He had died and God had given him a new life and a new purpose. He would perservere on as long as he was needed by God and he would look for Joy in all that came his way.
Now we move back to Ragna, Elohar and Jonathan in 1969. They had saved Jonathan's life and were moving toward the Awesome. In the Awesome Ensign Hawk and Commander Free seemed more than a little nervous of Arcane. They had scanned his identity and he came up on the computer as various people from the 20th century through the year 3000. All of these people were very well connected at the very highest levels of the U.S. and United Nations Governments during this time. They had come to realize that Arcane had been about 20 different people between the 20th and 30th centuries. Though they did not all look alike they realized that plastic surgery was possible. They traced him through his fingerprints and retinal scans. Though fingerprints can be changed retinal scans cannot without donor eyes.
Ragna asked Arcane if he had been all these people. "Of course." said Arcane. I have no need to hide any of this from you. My work allows your civilization to exist." Soon they had returned to late in the same year that Ragna and Elohar had left 6 months before in their real life time
ON their ride back Elohar and Ragna were pretty quiet. At one point Elohar took Arcane's and in her own and held it. Arcane realized that Elohar was relishing the fact that she was his many greats grandmother. Arcane said to her,"I see you as one of my grandmothers." And Elohar's eyes teared up a little in realizing her child or children would one day lead to the birth of Arcane. This upset Ragna more than he could say.
Ragna said to Arcane,"What did you look like when you were born? And what did you look like as a boy and a young man?"
Arcane puuled a piece of paper out and drew himself as a baby from memory. Then he drew himself as a boy of 7 and then a young man of 20. Hawk and free felt a little nauseated because he looked so much like the white and the grey aliens they had seen before.
Arcane said, "The extended nose that you have on earth is primarily for keeping you from drowning in the rain. It keeps water from rolling directly into your nostrils. When humans aren't out in the rain for thousands of years because of sophisticated civilizations the noses slowly shorten and eventually disapear because they are no longer needed. Eventually there are only two open slits or nostils visible. In addition, on my planet we worked and sometimes lived deep in the water for for long periods our fingers became longer and started to become webbed. We also developed the ability of closing our nostril slits to keep out the water and we developed a form of gills."
"Wasn't it painful to have you fingers shortened when you came to earth in the 20th century?" said Hawk. "Yes." said Arcane. "But I figured it was worth the risk because I couldn't ever go home and I felt more tied to Earth in any times because of my previous and future lives her in the past, present and future. One of the reasons that I worked so hard to keep the human race from going extinct is that I wanted a better planet to reincarnate on. Many of my future lives and even meeting you and King Interlaken would not have been possible without my work.
Also, I visited New Deva many times before I altered my appearance as a Time traveler into New Deva's past." "And they didn't know who you were?" said Elohar. "Some suspected but none could say for sure. Those who fully knew were very evolved seers of my race and knew me to be one of them. They knew I was from the future but they also knew that my visit was a blessing of limitless darshan to ancient New Deva. Those that knew, knew I was more than a humanoid. They knew I was no longer a standard physical being. They wanted the positive influence that I brought and the stories of the galaxy that I brought from traveling through time. I could easily tell them of the parts of the past of New Deva they knew little or nothing about. I just wasn't allowed to tell them of the future of New Deva."
Arcane requested that they pick up Jonathan from a Kiva in Bandolier National Park at a specific day and time at the end of June 2001. Jonathan appeared in the Awesome looking rather dazed. Jonathan said, "When we I return?"
ARcane said, "You will be returned the same instant you left." "That's important because I'm watching my 11 year old and my 5 year old at least 140 vertical feet up a cliff in a kiva in the park."
ARcane laughed at how responsible Jonathan was for his children. Sometimes time shifts were so strange one had to laugh. Arcane thought about how sometimes one is responsible for only oneself and then quickly one is responsible for two or more and then they are gone and one may be responsible for what happens to millions or billions. Living on several planets in many times either gives one a sense of humor or drives them mad. ARcane also realized he needed to go back in time and visit his children while they were still alive. Since his grandchildren and so on would be alive in whatever future time he was in that would be an option too. Arcane thought of something. Yes, he was right. EVen though Ragna and Elohar weren't directly related to each other ARcane realized they were his descendants from his and Celeste's children. He had another strange thought he asked his biocom a question. The answer shocked him a little. It turned out that even King Interlaken was a descendant of his. He thought about how everything appeared to be connected in odd ways.
There is one quality that Jonathan and Arcane shared. Family was and is very important to both of them. If their present family was wearing a different body they were still "family" even though they might watch more closely the behavior of that familial soul in a new body. Also, since Jonathan and Arcane saw and do see each other as brothers much as twin brothers might feel even thought at present they didn't look very much alike because of Arcane's plastic surgery. Before his surgery one would have recognized the similarities if they had been pointed out to that one.
"How long do you think you'll live?" said Ragna to Arcane. "Since time is still in play I can't tell you how long Jonathan or I or any of you can or will live." Elohar had a thought that she shared aloud. "Meet you, ARcane has lengthened all our lives hasn't it?" said Elohar.
"That's very perceptive of you, Elohar!" said Arcane.
Ragna's eyebrows raised and he gave Hawk and FRee a look but Jonathan was nonplussed. He was at a point in life where he had come to believe that the past, present and future hadn't happened yet. It was the only way he could deal with the ongoing time travels to all the times he had visited and was going to visit. It was to him the only logical way to stay balanced in the midst of such changes.
Arcane looked at Jonathan and said, "Yes, That's how I maintain balance too, Jonathan." Jonathan smiled and felt comforted.
"No, that part of the story can't be told accept to King Interlaken and it can only be told in his era forward."
"ONly my king can know!" said General Ragna musing this over. He looked knowingly at Hawk and Free. They seemed to understand the deeper meaning of this as well.
Soon they were back in the area that is now Switzerland in the vicinity of the Matterhorn in the 70th century after the birth of Christ. King Interlaken was well aware that Arcane was with them and so he was there to greet Arcane as he got off the ship. The King was more than a little nervous to meet an alien born and raised on another planet and a member in good standing of the Galactic Time Guard. He also knew full well that he and his civilization would not exist if not for the Time Guard and Arcane's work through the 20th to 30th centuries on earth.
By the 70th century many world government papers had made their rounds to most nations government archives concerning the Galactic Time Guard and it's emissaries. This was especially true since the 1800's in the US and Europe. In fact these documents started to occur in the time of Francis Bacon, Shakespeare and Queen Elizabeth in London,England. Copies of these documents had been passed down through history and from nation to nation and government to government over the intervening thousands of years and were a part of a "never to be publicly revealed basic world government secret currency" to be shared with other planetary governments in times of planetary crises. This had all been compiled in data storage for King Interlaken because even though there was an Earth Planetary Prime Minister, King Interlaken is the King of the World to the inhabitants of that time on Earth.
The United Nations still exists in the 70th century. However,it has changed a lot from the one we know in the 21st century. Also, its name has been changed to All Nations or the more complete title, All Nations working together to Benefit All Life on Earth. This is not in any language you are used to hearing but this is how it translates back into 21st century Americanized English.
Many nations had complained of the name United Nations because they saw it as a loss of individuality of their cultures and customs.
as the Awesome landed with Arcane, Jonathan, Gerneral Ragna,the King's Seer Elohar as well as Hawk and Free, King Interlaken hope that all was in readiness. He also hoped not to offend Arcane as an emissary of the Galactic Time Guard. King Interlaken also knew that anything anyone thought in the presence of Arcane would be known by Arcane. He had already heard how easily Arcane had subdued General Ragna to the point where only Elohar could assess the situation clearly. King Interlaken knew only one thing for certain. EVerything would change from the top down in his civilization now that Arcane was here
Arcane would be greeted by the people of earth as an interplanetary dignitary. Arcane would honor the public deception out of politeness and deference for the Earth Civilization led by the Prime Minister of Earth and King Interlaken.
When King Interlaken first viewed Arcane the hair stood up on the back of his neck. The next instant Arcane locked eyes with the King. They both smiled out of politeness and deference to each other's profound status.
General Ragna, knowing the protocols of his time moved quickly to introduce the 2 great men. "May I present the Emperor of Earth, King Interlaken? May I present to your Highness, Arcane from the year approximately 1,000,000 AD from his home planet of New Deva, Emissary of the Galactic Government in the form of the Galactic Time Guard?"
Arcane took the King's hand and bowed to him. The King was immediately very impressed with Arcane. The King also hoped that his feelings and thoughts about Arcane were genuine and not induced by Arcane or Arcane's biocom as a form of Galactic protocol inhancement. However, he had the distinct impression that this was all his genuine reaction. Arcane was obviously very sophisticated and even was able to speak all the languages that the King could flawlessly, without accent or pause. It was a littl scary for the King to realize that Arcane was so well versed in his languages and culture that he could have been verbally taken for a native in each language. However, physically he looked like he was from the 20th century or thereabouts because human features had changed somewhat over the last several thousand years.
It was also a little unnerving that Arcane was more knowledgeable about the state of the King's present day political and world affairs than even th King was. King Interlaken finally realized that he had to view Arcane as non human or at least not from Earth because his intellectual and intuitive abiities so far exceeded anyone he had ever met that was human and from earth.
King Interlaken finally asked Arcane about this. He said, "How is it that you can be fluent in so many languages as if they were your own native language? How is it that you know even more than I about the present day world politics?"
Arcane replied,"I was taught to understand whatever I needed to know in seconds. In other words I can encompass all the knowledge needed for a PHD in a few seconds. And I usually travel with all the technology that enables me to do this within my body." The King said, "That's pretty scary!"
To which Arcane replied, "My capacities will never by used to harm in any way you, your family or your civilizations here on earth." The King looked deeply into Arcane for a moment and then said, "I believe you, Arcane. The rules for being a Galactic Emissary for the Time Guard must be quite stringent!"
"Yes." Said Arcane. "One must be a combination of Priest, Counselor, Statesman and warrior all in one."
The King replied,"You are proficient at all those callings?"
Arcane smiled and then answered, "So I'm told by Galactic Statesmen and deep thinkers. It also has to do with the way we view things and it also has to do with the level of ESP that I function normally at. However, my specialty is Planetary Anthropology and Psi Ops." "I hope you are not here to conduct any psychic Operations?"
"Oh No. I had to help Ragna to prevent harm to him or me but that was only necessary for a few moments until he better understood the situation. I was just trying to prevent an Intergalactic Incident."
At this King Interlaken laughed because General Ragna was turning red with embarrassment.
King Interlaken finally said, "Whatever brought you here without an intergalactic incident is okay with me, Arcane." General Ragna looked very relieved. The King looked at his watch and said, "Before I have a planetary incident I need to introduce you to Earth's Prime Minister who is waiting to meet you. He doesn't know about time travel or what or who you really are so be careful what you say to him."
Arcane looked pleased and smiled, "Your Highness, do not worry in the slightest. I am completely well trained for any type of situation that may arise.
Once again the King laughed a long hearty laugh. He laughed because he had decided that this had to be the most amazing experience of his long life. He was talking to a humanoid bred from earth colonies past, present and future. He was talking to a humanoid from the deep, deep future who had just been living in the deep past. He thought to himself, "Wow!" This was the kind of thing that the adventurous little boy still inside him loved. Then he thought of his responsiblities and his royal position as King of Earth.He thought "Well, it's time I got disciplined and move this whole thing forward. I've got to suppress my visible joy so the press doesn't get wind of what's really going on. sometimes, I just get so tired of policing all these secrets from public view and scrutiny."
Arcane was quickly ushered into a transport. He rode with King Interlaken and General Ragna. Elohar and Jonathan went directly to the Crystal Palace of the King to make preparations for Arcane's return.
As Arcane traveled in the transport to the All Nations headquarters in Geneva he was briefed on the cover story that King Interlaken and General Ragna had supplied.
After listening to the cover story that they supplied Arcane said, "I agree telling the people of earth that Iam a Galactic Government Ambassador of Peace is the best way of presenting me. Since I presently look like an earthling of the 20th century I would make an excellent representative to Earth from this Galaxy. However, I must ask permission from the Time Guard to do this."
The King quickly said, "Please don't mention to the people of Earth our planetary colonies as the people of earth even now know little to nothing of earth's planetary colonies."
"Why is that?" said Arcane.
The King continued, "If we tell the people of earth too much through the mass media they would all want to go off planet. That isn't practical. So to save them all the psychological problems that telling them creates we say as little as possible while at the same time not drying up funding for colonization. In this way only those who we are intested in sending off planet to be colonists are contacted. If they refuse the memory is erased from their conscious minds. We tell the press and public only of robot colonies and of testing bad planetary environments and of terraforming slowly those environments slowly into an environment similar to earth's.
Arcane said, "I find that unfortunate." The King said, "Why?" Arcane answered, "In the era in which I was born there are no human bodies left alive on earth. I can tell you that much. There is nothing the time guard can do to change that fact because of laws and treaties. There is also nothing the guard can do about the fact that the earth becomes a demilitarized zone for an interspecies war. I was here then during that war. All that is still here on earth then in physical bodies are the animals, birds, fish, insects and other primitive life. The only earth humans that survive then in bodies are in planetary colonies or in other dimensions. Though in those times it may be possible to recolonize earth at some point it will be a long time coming."
The King looked sick. He said, "I see the importance of telling the people the truth about becoming colonists on other worlds."
Arcane then looked like he was taking the King into his confidence. Then he said, "We don't usually talk about the future. However, the Galactic Time Guard wants to ensure that all earth cultures survive either collectively on the same planet some each on a variety of planets. We will do whatever we can to help earth's cultures both survive and evolve."
Their transport made a quick stop to pick up the Prime Minister of Earth. Arcane was introduced to the Prime Minister when he secretly boarded the transport minutes before the transport arrived at the landing pad of the All Nations building complex in Geneva. He was quick to ingratiate himself with arcane as well as the King of the World, King Interlaken. The Prime Minister had decided that today would be the media event of the Century. Arcane was the first truly Galactic Representative to publicly visit earth in recorded history. Arcane saw the Prime Minister to be a pompous but brilliantly intelligent political animal.
The Prime Minister thought, "This man is very different than any I've ever met. He may or may not be human and may appear human only for our comfort. This man if man he be will be my ticket to immortality and everlasting fame. I--am the first Prime Minister of Earth to ever meet a representative of the Galaxy in a public forum on Earth. Everything must be perfect. This is my day and my hour."
Meanwhile, Arcane was thinking, "This man is an egotistical idiot! It sure is good he knows nothing about time travel. He may know about political one-ups- man-ship but he would definitely be a very dangerous time traveler!"
The King though showing a forced smile was now thinking quickly. He turned to the Prime Minister and said, "Ambassador Arcane tells me that an interspecies war may be coming to earth in the far future. It may be necessary for us to begin earnest public colonization of other worlds in order to get out of the way!"
The Prime Minister looke pale and then said, "Please tell me this is a joke, Ambassador Arcane?"
Arcane look sad and said, "I'm sorry Prime Minister he speaks the truth. Though the trouble is presently far off it will eventually engulf earth."
"How Soon?", said the Ambassador.
It won't come for thousands of years but it will come so it is necessary to start colonization efforts to preserve indefinitely the cultures of earth."
How can a war be sustained for hundreds or thousands of years?"
Arcane knew he would have to make up a story. He said, "Faster than light travel causes time shifts and time displacements. The warriors of all involved will fight to the death and don't care whether earth is destroyed or even if it is in the way."
The Prime Minister thought, "Faster than Light Travel?" but he said, "These warriors control Time travel?"
Arcane knew he had to be careful what he said, "Not exactly. It is haphazard at best. But that is why I say this could happen between hundreds to thousands of years into the future. We are not sure when the battleships of both sides will suddenly appear near earth and exterminate any intelligent humnoid life left here."
The Prime Minister turned white. "But that's horrible!" he said.
"Yes. I agree." said Arcane. "However, it must be practically dealt with in order for earth's cultures to survive somewhere else."
"And you are sure of this?" repeated the Prime Minister.
"I'm afraid so." said Arcane
"Then King Interlaken I beg your permission to create a commision to secretly study the feasibility of multiple planets and dimensions to colonize."
The King said, "You have my permission."
The Prime Minister felt a little sick but he still wasn't going to let it ruin his day of days.
As the transport door opened the Prime Minister of Earth jumped out and announced the King and Ambassador Arcane. This began a media frenzy. Each cameraperson and interviewer was jockeying for position.
The Prime Minister of Earth was in his element. He thought, "This is my moment! I'm going to make the most of it!" Then he spoke, "Citizens of Earth, it is my greatest pleasure to announce to you that we are privileged beyond any of our wildest dreams to have in our presence here today an Ambassador of the Galactic Government."
A nervous hush fell over all present because none present even knew for sure that there was such a thing as a Galactic Government. All the reporters began talking at once. Security personnel became stern with them when the reporters moved too close. The Prime minister smiled and continued, "First, I must introduce in a rare public appearance our wonderful and amazing King Interlaken. He and I have arranged this meeting for you, which is the first of its kind in all the recorded history of Earth. so without further ado I introduce you to our King Interlaken, King of Earth and all its Times, King Protector of all our spirits, and the King protector of our entrance into Heaven.
At this most bowed reverently and some tears appeared in many eyes for this King was deeply revered for his wisdom and spirit much like the Pope and Dalai Lama are revered today.
The King disembarked from the vehicle and all clapped. The King said, "My Blessings and the Blessings of the Galaxy upon you all." The crowd seem to sigh a little in relief at this. The King continued, "The Galactic Government sees Earth as a Protectorate. I recently learned this just as you are learning this now. Ths Galaxy also has always been and is presently protecting us from unwanted and unwelcom invasions from other worlds. I recently learned all this just as you are learning this now. The Galactic ambassasdor who is called Arcane come from the Galactic Core and appears to be human like us. However, when he disembarks from the transport I want you all to give him an Earth welcome. without further ado I give you, Ambassador Arcane of the Galactic Government from the Galactic Core.
A hush fell upon the crowd. Even the eyes of the security personnel were riveted upon the transport for the moment. A gasp from everyone soon followed. As Arcane slowly appeared from the transport he was wearing a holographic Galaxy above his head. it appeared about 5 feet in diameter. This Galaxy emphasized the Galactic Core and the location of Earth. All elements were moving in their actual tragectories and movements with the most amazing effect on each observer in person or on TV throughout the earth. People would be talking about this moment for centuries to come.
As he waved to the cheering crowds Ambassador Arcane smiled an amazing smile. Only a psi ops member of the Galactic Time Guard could manage a physical and telepathic smile like this. Every being on earth that witnessed him felt his genuine warmth and kindness toward all. All were put at ease like children who had finally met their first true adult. There was a tear in King Interlaken's eyes as he knew the survival of Earth and all its races depended on this moment.
Arcane began speaking, "Compassionate Beings of earth," he began, "I come to you now on behest of your Earth Government and its communications with the Galactic Government. I come at this time by design to help protect Earth from forces of a renegade government. Within the next few hundred to a few thousand years it will be necessary for the majority of Earth's cultures to live elsewhere in a place or places other than earth. There is no present cause for alarm. This event is still hundreds to thousands of years away. However, in order for all cultures and species of earth to be saved effort must begin to be expended now to begin to move some of all cultures and species to new locations. We will begin by providing Transport Gates to new locations."
There was an alarmed look and murmur that took place now. Arcane went on, "These Gates will function as doorways to other similar worlds to earth thousands of light years away. You will be able to go to these other similar worlds and begin building cities just like you walk through your front door or drive down a highway on land or air or water. You may even work there during the day and return at night. In this way when the calamity comes you will have places built for you and your families to survive in in another place in order to survive the calamity that will emerge within a few thousand years from now. I will now take questions."
"Sir, Ambassador Arcane, why has the Galaxy waited so long to formally contact Earth?"
"That is an excellent question! The Galaxy has a noninterference policy in regard to emerging galactic cultures. It has been found over billions of years that any formal contact with the public in emerging cultures permanently changes those cultures. After this was learned and thousands of mistakes were made laws were made to protect emerging cultures from unnecessary Galactic Interference." At the words billions of years there were gasps of disbelief and amazement throughout the crowd.
"Is the Galactic Government Democratic, Socialistic or what?"
"ARcane smiled, "That is also a very important question. However,it is much more difficult to answer. Imagine millions of worlds with trillions of cultures present as well as thousands to millions of dimensional worlds, some interfaced with specific Planets and Stars and Nebulae and constellations and some not. Now imagine all these different place to live with most of these cultures being the non human sort." There were many Gasps in the audience at this.
Arcane quickly answered their gasps. "It is important to note that although there are more human types of beings than any other in this section of the galaxy that we human types are not the most powerful members of this galaxy. This is because there are more intelligent as well as more intuitive groups than us. However, for the most part human type civilizations are very well protected and prosperous. Because my appearance is like an earth born human I was sent here. Non-human types often disturb the sensibilities of the human public when they first visit as ambassadors."
The reporter didn't give up, "So the Galaxy's government is what type of Government?"
"I'm sorry to be vague but to completely understand one would have to have studied galactic History."
The reporter said, "Please tell us more Mr. Ambassador."
"Okay. The present Galactic government formed and evolved over millions of years on the basis of several major ideas. First, all beings are of equal value, whether they be human, animal, vegetable, mineral, energy or thought based."
Another set of gasps. The reporter with his mouth open incredulously said, "How do we earthlings reconcile this"?
The easiest way for me personally to reconcile all this is to understand that it is all based upon what it takes for any species or culture to survive. One easy example would be that if the dominant culture needs food sources on a specific planet it is allowed as long as the treatment of the food is kind and all suffering is reduced to its maximum extent. After that is done then things like democracy and kindness to all beings is the next provision after the basic survival of all species of plants, animals, organisms, mineral energy or thought based natural or constructs or construct evolutions. Next, ways are found to eleminate all death and starvation on galactic planets." More open mouths accompanied this. "Next, research is done on how to integrate all beings present into the One Galactic Awareness without losing any individual or culture richness or heritage. It is important to understand that none of this is forced. It is all voluntary and this volunteerism can be reversed at any time by the entering being or beings. In this way all confusion and warefare is eliminated. Becoming a Galactic Citizen is based upon kindness, compassion and wisdom in thought deed and action toward all beings everywhere. Eventually all known forms of awareness in, or near each planet, Star, Nebula and Constellation is voluntarily integrated into the Galaxies awareness. However, don't forget that none of the individuality or cultural richness of one single being is sacrificed for this."
THE TIME POOL
Now we journey to the point in time on Earth that His Oneness went to the center of the Galaxy to receive the Time Pool. You will remember in Memories that Elohar, Ragna, and Jonathan as well as Hawk and Free visited his Oneness in a sort of command performance unexpectedly. He owned and still owns the Earth timeline according to Galactic Law still today and will own it for millions of years into the future. Though he is not any longer in a physical earth dimension he is still galactically recognized as the King of the World or Earth according to Galactic law. We in the physical are considered his children, his descendants. He also views all on Earth as his children today and in the future.
The followin happened between 10,000 and 1,000,000 years ago on earth.
Hiw Oneness awoke this day feeling a little strange. So he prayed as he woke and the one of his Ministers knocked on his door. "What is it?" said His Oneness. "Your Highness, there is a message from the Galactic Core and the Galactic Sentience itself!"
His oneness finally understood the strangeness of his dreams and feelings. He go up and immediately addressed His First Minister. So the Minister read the message from the Galactic Sentience.
The message read: "Directed to His Oneness, Time Lord of Earth and its environs. We wish you to come immediately to the Galactic Core. We have sent to Earth outside your dwelling a conveyance to bring you instanly into our court in the Galactic Core. Since ther will be no lag time be prepared to address the Galactic Sentience with all appropriate protocols in place. Please come immediately. We will bring you back the same moment you leave so your planet and time will not be without you and your leadership for even a moment of Earth's time. Thank you, Your Oneness--- The Galactic Sentience.
His Onenes looked perplexed at first but then remembered a message he had received from Galactic Sentience in a recent night time dream. In this dream it had been a vision and not just a dream. The Galactic Sentiece had conveyed to him in a very unique and usual manner that he must come to the Core of the Galaxy to receive and instrument that would be used to protect Earth's time from interlopers. The Galactic Sentience would also imprint on His Oneness to the point where the will of the entire Galaxy would automatically and completely manifest through His Oneness. His Oneness knew that this would lead to a much higher level of enlightenment for himself as well as a much higher level of responsibility for him in the millions of years to come.
The Galactic Sentience said to His Oneness in the vision, "We may not allow you to ever die. You may change dimensions associated with earth and travel the whole Galaxy as well as others but you might not be allowed to die."
His Oneness of Earth had mixed feelings about all this. However, he knew that as long as Earth was under the protection of the Galactic Sentience it could never be attacked by an alien culture. The Earth could be visited, toured, explored by other cultures but not attacked as the Sentience simply would not allow that to stand in time. If an attack came time would be changed. If another attack came from that alien culture preemptive sterilization and subsequent extinction of that planet would be the result. The Galactic Sentience gave only one chance as far as planetary war was concerned on protected planets. The second time caused the extinction of the offending planet.
His Oneness also knew the many other Time Lords from Galactic Rim planets would visit the Galactic Sentience and that each of them would receive a Time Pool to protect their Rim planets. His Oneness knew that the Time Pool was not only to Protect the Timelines of Earth but also would act as a defense against harmful influences from other Galaxies and dimension outside the Earth and Solar System. So in times of distress each of these time pools on Rim Planets would link up in various ways to form protective Time Barriers to unwanted intrusions from other dimensions and Galaxies. And so Time on the "skin" of the Galaxy could be warped and tweaked in the interest of the Galactic Sentience.
For example: When and invasion force from another Galaxy came time could be warped and tweaked so that the galactic rim would be as inhospitable as possible. Therefore there would be no civilizations and no life whatever in the Galaxy the invading force entered. There would be no way for the invading force to survive here. So they would have to die or leave. Most chose and choose to leave. In this way the stablility of the Galaxy and all Galactic Cultures could remain intact. Invading armadas more sophisticated than this were dealt with in other ways.
"First Minister!" said His Oneness. "I need to put someone in charge while I'm away even though in real time I won't ever be gone as far as EArth is concerned"
"It will be done as you command, your Highness."
"Then I need you andtwo other Ministers to accompany me on this Momentous journey to stabilize me. The energy of the Galactic Sentience is so intense I need to be able to maintain psychological balance. I need you and two others just to successfully receive the Time Pool and return back here."
"We will be honored to accompany you, Sire."
IN a few moments the three telepathic Lords and His Oneness were dressed and moving on an antigravity conveyance through the halls and out toward a ship that had been sent for them to embark to the center of the Galaxy on.
His Oneness thought to himself that ship from the Galactic Core looked very much like the Golden Orb from his past life in the future on Atlantis when he was Darshan. A chill went up his spine as the memory suddenly became vivid. The ship now was very bright and shiny and hard to look at like the Sun. What is was technically speaking was a distortion of time and space in the form of a ship. It was safe for a human body and spirit to travel in with no danger from cosmic rays or sterilization to worry about.
note: You will notice in the 20th century no astronauts ever had children after being astronauts with time logged in space. Astronauts over 40 make a lot of sense in the 20th and 21st centuries.
To contiue about the ship from the Galactic Sentience. The ship was equally impervious to Black holes and the like. Basicly since it was a time-space warp one could theoretically travel to anywhere as well as anywhen within the galaxy instantly. It could be said that a ship size container of the time-space at the core of the Galaxy was instantly sent to pick up His Oneness and His Lords. Since the Time-space was just visiting Earth and His Oneness it had no trouble returning to its natural time-space home. All the effort was only spent in sent Galactic Core time-space to some other time-space. The time-space wanted to return home from Earth just like a horse wants to return to the barn to eat after riding in the mountains all day.
As soon as Hi ONeness stepped on the ship he and his Lords were in the Presence of the Galactic Sentience. Even though His Oneness was mentally prepared for this his Ministers were not. Also, His Oneness realized too late that there was no way to prepare for the emotional experience he was now in. Until the Ministers entered the ship they had believed that the Galactic Sentience was visiting earth in the ship. His Oneness not wanting to scare or confuse them any more than was necessary had not told them the truth. It was only after they returned to Earth that His Oneness finally explained most of what was going on.
The Galactic Sentience appeared as a light energy form and not as a physical being at all.
The Galactic Sentience said,"Your Oneness of Earth, you are the three thousandth time lord of a rm planet to receive a Time Pool. I give it to you to protect all time and all time lines on your planet and its environs. Also, I give you this to protect our galaxy from unwanted and unwarranted invasions from other times, dimensions and spaces. Go in Peace!"
As this was taking place His Oneness felt his body and the bodies of his Miniters turn into Light. The four of them communicated about this a little. One of the three ministers started to faint. So they all joined their minds and spirits together and kept all their awareness's processing information in a blissful state at peace for survival.
The Galactic Sentience then said to His Oneness, "You are wise to bring your Ministers with you for support for the rim consciousness does not interface perfectly with the galactic core consciousness. However, I learn incredible amounts of new information each time I commune with Galactic Rim Sentients such as yourself and your ministers. I learn more about our Galaxy and the Rim of our Galaxy than you could possibly understand, Your Oneness."
His Oneness said, "Thank you, Sire! I Thank all who are a part of your Galactic Wisdom and eminence. The people of earth and all life upon it and in all of its environs appreciate the Time Pool and all you have done for us. We appreciate and a grateful for life in an unlimited way!"
The Galactic Sentience said, "I trust you implicitly to protect the interests of the Galaxy, as well as all the sentients of earth and its environs and all visitors to earth past, present and future.
"Thank you, YOur Holiness for that trust is well founded. The Galactic sentience said in parting. "I see very clearly that my trust is well founded past, present and future."
With that ending His ONeness and his Ministers backed away from the Galactic Sentience and back out of the ship Galactic Core Time-space contuum warp and back on Earth outside the summer residence of His Oneness.
The guards were confused. They said with confusion and concern in their voices, "Are you all okay? Are you back? Did you go? What happened?" His Oneness made everyone at ease, "Yes everything went well. Time space was altered by the Galactic Sentience to allow no time to pass here during the meeting." The guards all looked incredibly relieved as protocol breeches with the Galactic Sentience were very dangerous and unpredictable for Rim Planets.
His Oneness and his Lords healed the fear in the Guards eyes as they passed. The Guards were dumbfounded at the visible changes to His Oneness and the Ministers. It hurt the guards eyes to even look at the four returning leaders. The four looked like suns not humans.
The guards scanned the dna of His Oneness and the Lords to make sure they were the same beings that left. All the dna files matched. However, all four had phaze shifted temporarily out of the physical dimension that earth was in.
The General in charge of the guards said, "They have been phaze shifted and should return to normal over several weeks or months. We are all very blessed that they survived the meeting all all!"
"God save His Oneness and His Lords!" all guards and soldiers present repeated the prayer.
His Oneness took this opportunity to address visually and telepathically all who could safely listen on earth. The rest would hear after returning home from work or play. He said, "The four of us have been blessed with a meeting with His Holiness, The Galactic Sentience. We have been given powerful tools to protect earth as well as the Galaxy from invasion from any time or space. We now give thanks to God for Grace and to the Galactic Sentience for wisdom and compassion that he has bestowed upon us. HE has protected us from any would bring harm to the solar system from any time or space.

Arcane's Mountain retreat
Note: Arcane is a character I have written about since 1980. At that time I thought I was writing science fiction. However, when I almost died in 1998 I realized that Arcane, the character, is not fiction but a past life memory lived sometime before this one. What was hard for me to understand was "How could I be born one million years into the future and then come back here to earth like he did in his deep past?" Both concepts sort of expanded my horizons shall we say. I think the eastern mystical concept of humans being like a slowly opening flower is a good way of metaphorically putting how humans "Open up" in awareness if given the right inclination and chances in life. Though one can attain "instant enlightenment" to fully comprehend that enlightenment takes a lifetime or lifetimes.end note.
Arcane returned through time once again to his mountain retreat on Mt. Shasta near the Oregon border in California. He had bought land (2 1/2) acres at about 5000 feet in elevation years ago now on the mountain. He had built himself an A-frame cabin as a meditation. One end of the A-Frame pointed toward the majestic peak of the mountain. The other end of the A-Frame looked out over a wide panorama of trees, smaller mountains and the McCloud River and valley far below.
His work for the Galactic Time Guard in preparing earth for formal Galactic entry had gone fairly well. In some ways he was sad that so many humans had starved to death over the past centuries from Global Climate change. However, he also knew Earth, the being was just creating balance for all beings that reside on earth long term. Humans were only one of the many species, not the only one, and this is how Earth, the conscious being saw it in the end. It was her body, the Earth, and what happened here was always up to her. Her body was always hers to command no matter what any beings thought.
He turned his attention back to the pristine Wilderness area he found himself in. He looked at the Calendar. It was February 14th 3008, Valentine's Day. It reminded him of Celeste, his wife who had passed on about 10 years ago.
Arcane thought back upon his first mission as a Galactic Time Guard Planetary Anthropologist. He had first met Celeste when he was beamed here from the Galactic core on the Golden Gate Bridge in 1987. There he had met Celeste Weaver, his wife to be as she tried to jump off the bridge. However, she hadn't been in control of her faculties because of the Morlocks, another ornery strange humanoid race from another planet. That day began their 1000 or more year adventure together as friends, lovers ,parents, husband and wife.
He thought of Jonathan who had taught him to Cross country ski in 1976 when he first moved here from southern California. He thought of going to Earth in 1947 for the first time to witness Jonathan's conception, gestation and birth. He also thought back upon visiting a good friend of his here on Mt. Shasta and helping him start a new religion during the late 1920s and early 1930s. His friends name for Arcane was Saint Germain. Since Arcane had been known now by that name as well as many others for about 1500 years of earth time he had come to accept the name of "Sanctus Germanus" or "Holy Brother" or "Sacred Friend", The man who never died, Prince Ragocy of Transylvania and of course Francis Bacon, Lord Exchequer of London and founder of the Scientific Method during the time of Queen Elizabeth I as some of his many names through time.
Since his wife, Celeste, had passed on he found it harder to continue alive in a body wherever he was in time or space. However, his teacher Meridian, Jonathan's next evolution as a soul who also traveled time and space as a fully enlightened being had said Arcane must continue until The four:Arcane, Jonathan, Meridian, and His Oneness all merged as one being. Arcane had asked Meridian many times when that would happen but as usual Meridian was very hidden and cryptic. Having had to become a teacher to millions himself he understood this technique for making students work for their enlightenment. Because he had learned himself as a child adept that one doesn't keep the various types of enlightenment unless one works for it and therefore learns to appreciate each step, each.
Arcane thought of his many roles in this lifetime of his that had spanned about 2000 years in real time now and during that 2000 years he had traveled this galaxy, other galaxies and learned a great deal and had been about 7 million years into the past and about the same into the future on many worlds.

Arcane
I was just looking up the definition of Arcane.
Arcane means:Known or understood by only a few
Synonyms: mysterious, esoteric, occult, inscrutable
one of the synonyms is inscrutable which means:
Difficult to fathom or understand; impenetrable
I once said to a friend who has published many books."People like me think such and such." My friend said to me, "There are no people like you, Fred. The people who somewhat are like you are still in the religion you were raised in. However, most of the people that had the experience you had are dead or committed suicide. There are no people left alive like you."
I'm not sure I completely agree with him but it is true that I had to leave the religion I was raised in and had sort of a "Moses" kind of experience. Many people wanted me to start a new religion because I survived being excommunicated from the old. However, my reaction was, "People have enough religions to confuse them already. My job is to do spiritual scientific research for all mankind so the human race can better survive what I see that is coming!" That is my honest reply to those who wanted me to start another religion. I feel we have too many religions already for anyone to make sense of as it is.
What is more important than starting new religions is each ones search for truth and enlightenment. Back when everyone struggled more just to eat and to stay alive than now, almost no one found the truth and most people suffered incredibly with physical and mental and emotional infirmities. Now however, at least 1/4 to 1/2 of the world's population has enough wealth and free time to actually devote their lives more to the pursuit of truth and enlightenment and genuine scientific and spiritual scientific research. Right now, individual enlightenment is taking place in unheard of numbers for even 1 century ago. So even though millions likely will starve to death this year, unheard of numbers of people will attain various levels of enlightenment and these people will help those who pass on transition smoother into healing heaven realms and help them into transitions into more and more desirable heavens. Though some are suffering incredibly physically and emotionally, others are attaining enlightenment in record numbers and helping everyone more quickly to an enlightened state of being.

Arcane 4-24-09
So, a man from another time and another planet who is very sophisticated in the ways of that planet and very specialized according to his abilities seemed very natural to me in actually understanding someone from another time and space than ours. That he was also a biological descendant of the present humans of earth seemed useful to me so people would be less taken aback by finding out he breathed both water and air and had golden eyes and a very long tongue and could live as easily underwater as above water in the ocean or streams and lakes that came from rainwater.
On top of this he is both very intelligent and very intuitively gifted. So, we all know that in the lives of the very intelligent and intuitively gifted almost anything can happen in actuality. This made this person much more interesting to me. When I initially wrote this I thought I was writing science fiction as a therapy for difficult experiences I was trying to work out in my 20s. I did not find out until I almost died and was forced to retire in 1998 that Arcane was actually a past life of mine lived in the future, present and past through time travel. This was actually quite shocking for me to realize. It made me think that movies such as Star Wars might actually be the past lives of the authors who wrote them and the same for the charaters in Star Trek as well. Anything that creates an almost religious like following of people creates the possibility that it all could be based upon truth.
So, Arcane saves his planet but has to be banished in order to maintain peace with the planet's government that he defeated single handedly. Basically, in addition to becoming a planetary hero, he inadvertently also became a de facto God and had to leave for the greater good of the two planets to become at peace once again. By coming back to earth where he was Darshan during Atlantis he comes to understand himself better and by understanding himself better he is able to help more beings similar to himself in many ways throughout both time and space. Though he still has to deal with having become Godlike, he is wise enough to know and humble enough to know he is only a man with Godlike gifts. He is able to stay balanced because of this and able to continue helping mankind on earth and many other planet for thousands of years because of this.
