What do you call a Self Driving Semi Truck controlled by a terrorist?

A Bomb that can level 1 to 10 city blocks depending upon the explosives contained within that semis tractor trailers.

Remember there are some states where up to 3 trailers are legal also. Imagine for example C-4 in 5 tractor trailers towed by a single driverless Semi?

To me, the biggest single argument against self driving cars and trucks is terrorists presently on earth like ISIS and Al Qaeda. You have seen truck drivers stealing trucks and mowing down large amounts of people in Europe. Imagine the damage they could do with a self driving truck?

And likely nothing but an EMP jammer would stop something like this because there is NO DRIVER to shoot to stop it at all. Full power would be applied to the throttle if it was programmed this way and it just wouldn't turn off until someone flipped a switch or a lucky shot destroyed the CPU of the computer driving the thing! And spike strips to flatten the tires don't grow on trees and often are not available at the drop of a hat in Europe and the U.S.
