As a result of up to a 50 % drop in grain yields in many areas hunger and starvation can only increase over the next 10 years in many countries.This will tend to destabilize even more many of the poorer nations on earth that are affected by severe climate change because most of these countries rely almost exclusively on rain not irrigation because irrigation often is just not available. so in these times of floods, droughts and unexpected weather this 50% drop in productivity in growing grains will tend to destabilize many more countries and create even more panic than now internationally over the next 10 years or more. Unless irrigation or other methods are used to increase crop yields this could continue to get worse in these areas.
