US Politicians don't do nuances

In one poll voters were asked whether they should repeal the Health care Bill or modify it.

52% of voters said it should be modified first to see if it could work first before trying to repeal it. Since many politicians don't understand this aspect of voters wishes and since I too, am one of the 52% that would like to see it modified to see if it actually can help reduce health care down from it's present 17% of the economy I think this poll should be looked more closely at even though politicians have no idea what to do with this particular true nuance direct from all U.S. voters. So even though this is a true poll Politicians are just plain confused and scared of these kinds of questions all over the U.S. and just involved in pre-election jitters. They just don't do nuances well.
