I was reading that since most of the U.S. Wheat Crop is grown this season from Texas to the Dakotas that it is a problem because of the drought and the continuing extreme heat through much of this area. There is a likelihood that Wheat this season might be at a premium in the fall and drive up wheat prices worldwide. On top of the famine in Somalia and other weather problems on earth this isn't a good thing for the average person on earth being able to afford to eat this fall and winter. This might drive up meat and poultry prices as well worldwide this fall and winter.
