Dragon of Compassion
What's in a name? "A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet"
Shakespeare (or Francis Bacon) (You choose)
So, Dragon of Compassion came partly after I was exposed to the idea of Dragon Kagyu which is a sect of Tibetan Buddhism as a concept for me. Or as Tibetans might say, "Drukpa" or various other pronunciations for Dragon. However, Drukpa is the way they say "Dragon" which is interesting to how close it is to the English "Dragon" and since "pa" simply usually means a male then Drukpa likely means "Dragon Father" or even "Dragon man". So, when I refer to a Dragon of Compassion, I'm referring to someone very strong in their self awareness and beliefs and an enlightened person not easily knocked down by others either physically or mentally or spiritually. Then the "Compassion" which might mean someone as strong in their mind and body and spirit as a dragon who has compassion for all life in the universe and is working to help all beings from possibly a near immortal or immortal state of consciousness and being. So, someone who is strong and immortal like a dragon who works for the permanent end of suffering, and the bringing to permanent bliss all life forms in the universe throughout all time and space. So, therefore a Dragon of Compassion might be able to Travel time to accomplish this quest for the permanent enlightenment of all beings.
