Though there are different variations of this in almost every country on earth the basic problem of human beings are: Food, shelter, clothes, and education.
Though others can be added without Food(including water) people won't survive. Shelter, though nice is not absolutely necessary in some situations, and clothing is useful or necessary in almost all situations worldwide.
So, we find ourselves worldwide with two basic variables: Welfare States and non-welfare states. If you are in a welfare state that nation likely won't let you starve as long as you ask for food and sometimes shelter is provided also whether you work or not.
In a non-welfare state either you make enough money to survive or get someone to give you money for food or hunt for your food or you don't survive.
The basic change in dynamic worldwide right now is that likely there will be many less jobs as automation increased the last several hundred years. However, now with automation there will be less and less workers needed worldwide to accomplish the same thing. So people who are not in welfare states will tend to starve to death more than they did in the past because there will not be jobs now or in the future for them. So, this is a problem the world must solve or watch people die in droves or become revolutionaries or criminals to survive anyway they can. This is just a fact of life worldwide.
So, if you have free time to think about creative ways of solving these likely ever increasing problems worldwide it is important to help design a worldwide or country wide system or citywide system that can provide a way for people to at the very least become educated so they understand better what is happening to them and all others. By understanding the problem we all can begin to solve the problems created by all the world changes and by Globalization and automation worldwide.
The alternative is to watch millions and millions of people starve and/or fight to the death for food, shelter and self respect. The choice is yours and mine what we will all create now worldwide.
