The low temperatures blowing out of Siberia are so pervasive that it is snowing in Rome and Northern Africa and gathering on palm trees there. The danger is that it might not let up for a week throughout the region.

I think for people in North America to fully get how bad this is it would be like having snow in Florida, Mexico, and San Diego with people dying in up to 58 below zero Fahrenheit temperatures anywhere north of Colorado. And in the Global Climate Change anything goes kind of weather the world continues to experience this kind of winter could hit North America next year or the one after.
