Since Syrians were shot inside Turkey in the last few days and at least one Turkish citizen was injured or killed as a result and because Saudi Nationals are now providing Weapons to the Syrian Free Army and because Iran and Russia openly and militarily support the Assad regime in genociding Syrians who are against the Assad regime the whole thing is, has and likely will get further and further out of the control of Russia, China, Iran, or Syria or any other nation in the middle east or beyond. I think it is safe to say that Syria is in possibly permanent (in the sense of years) Civil war Status. Because of all nations in the region and because of Russia and China's and Iran's stance and because of all the Sunni Muslims in Syria that are being genocided by Shia Muslims from Syria and Iran with weapons from Russia and Iran this thing only is going to get worse it appears over time. And I hope this doesn't turn out to be some kind of basis for a war between nations in the middle East, Europe, the U.S. , Russia and China and beyond. It likely at this point has a 50-50 chance of going in this direction given all present variables. And if it keeps going like this I think it is likely that the production of oil likely will become less worldwide if this whole thing gets worse regionally. Once again the world in regard to both Syria and mideast oil production is between a rock and a hard place. The only nation that likely will benefit the most from the genocide in Syria is Russia economically because of the rising oil prices worldwide. Clinton said when foreign ministers of the G-8 meet in Washington Wednesday, the U.S. would again try to persuade Russia, a key Syrian ally, to support some kind of action that would at least allow humanitarian access.
Clinton warned the danger was rising of regional conflict and civil war flaring from violence in Syria that Russia has said consistently it wants to prevent.
She said Russia's refusal to join in U.N. action "is keeping Assad in power, well-armed, able to ignore the demands of his own people, the region and the world."
