Religion | Vajrayana, Karma Kagyu | I met saw His Holiness Kalu Rinpoche around 1986 to 1989 in Santa Cruz, California at a church. He and the Karmapa who are both Rinpoche's and very advanced Living Buddha Siddhas tend to discover each other alternately for several hundred years as each is reborn, usually in Tibet up until now. There were hundreds of American Dharma students at the church as seeing Kalu Rinpoche before he passed on was an incredibly old school Blessing or Darshan. He was surrounded by about 12 younger lamas on his right and his left to reinforce him there because of his advanced age. It was a very amazing experience to be around someone who had spent a lot of time meditating in caves attaining Siddhis like Kalu Rinpoche had. It was unforgettable. I have a feeling that Kalu Rinpoche wants me to share the following amazing experience that I had at this church while Kalu Rinpoche was there. I have spoken before about how Auric Transmission of Living Dharma Works. I was aware I was in the presence of a Living Buddha in full attainment of this lifetime and of someone who had meditated in Caves for Years of his life to attain Siddhis. Rinpoches tend to be very spiritually gifted people because they are "Living Buddhas". So, when Kalu said in my mind, "Visualize a boat in your mind so I can get in it." So I visualized a boat in my mind that looked like one I had seen in the Ganges of a more ancient type of design seen in India. Kalu Rinpoche stood in the boat and then I was standing in the boat with him. I knew this was an empowerment and a natural part of an auric transmission. I had experienced things like this from highly empowered and evolved Tibetan Rinpoches in California, Oregon, India and Nepal. So, I had learned how to benefit the most from being in the presence of a "Living Buddha". By being empowered this way your aura permanently changes and benefits all the beings you are near the rest of your life and also those who listen to what you say or write. Tashi Delek!
