Federal Judge Worried about Obama's statements

Most Constitutional Lawyers think Obamacare will Pass
The above button is a previous article I both wrote and quoted from other sources

In the latest quotes judges are starting to get nervous about Obama's attack on the Supreme Court  in regard to what he says about Judges "overreaching their authority".

Begin quote:
During oral arguments in Houston in a separate challenge to another aspect of the federal health care law, U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Jerry Smith said Obama's comments troubled a number of people who have read them as a challenge to the authority of federal courts.
"I'm referring to statements by the president in the past few days to the effect, I'm sure you've heard about them, that it is somehow inappropriate for what he termed unelected judges to strike acts of Congress that have enjoyed, he was referring of course to Obamacare, to what he termed a broad consensus and majorities in both houses of Congress," Smith told Dana Kaersvang, an attorney with the Justice Department in Washington, D.C.
On Monday, Obama issued a direct challenge to the Supreme Court, saying he didn't believe the high court would take the "unprecedented" step of overturning a law passed by a strong majority of Congress. end quote from:

Like I said at the end of the top Blog article titled "Most Constitutional Lawyers think Obamacare will pass", it is fairly obvious that Obama and the entire Democratic Party are planning to take on the Supreme Court if they vote down Obamacare as overreaching. A similar battle occurred between FDR and the Supreme Court in which FDR won the Public opinion battle and the course of the court was changed by this evolution of the sentiment of the people because of the crisis of the Great Depression and so many starving to death here in this country. Then as now it is likely that the Supreme Court might not stand up to public opinion in this case either.

This likely will turn into some kind of Constitutional Crisis. The courts handling of Bush Vs. Gore in the 2000 election and its handling of the case regarding Superpacs has turned many if not most people in this country against the Supreme Court during the last 12 years. So, just like the Congress, the Supreme Court been held in disrepute by the people of the United States for the last 12 years.

This is the source of the problem. Thousands of people across the United States have been promised life by the Passing of Obamacare. These people instead of preparing for death have been given hope. If Obamacare fails it means most of these people will die next year or the year after. All these people and all their relatives and all their friends will likely rise up against the Supreme Court if Obamacare falls.

It is inevitable that there will be some kind of Constitutional Crisis generated by all these potential deaths from non-treatment of their illnesses that will be fatal without Obamacare. And likely Obama will ride the wrath of those suffering and dying into the White House again.

So, whether Obamacare is voted up or down there will be some sort of crisis. The worst and most immediate one that would have the most short term extreme effect would be if it was voted down. If it passes it will be another Roe Vs. Wade to the Conservative Wing of the Republican Party for the next 30 to 50 years. But that will be a slow burn. If it is voted down it could be very very serious in its short term consequences to our nation and since it could bankrupt our nation if it is voted down by the courts it could also could signal the potential end of our nation economically.
