My son and I had just gone to Whole Foods to begin Joe Cross' "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" Diet which is a vegetable and juice fast for quick healthy weight loss while detoxifying your body. Go online and watch now any of hundreds of youtube videos from satisfied dieters from around the world if you wish.
He suddenly laughed while reading his Kindle a book by Eckhart Tolle called "A New Earth". I asked why he was laughing out loud. He told me the story told in the book of Eckhart Tolle of walking along a beach and seeing burned out cabins in a park. The sign read "Warning: All these structures are unstable." And Eckhart Tolle said to his friend, "Let's sit and meditate upon that for a moment, "All Structures are unstable" as it applies to everything in the universe.
I saw completely why he was laughing and thought it was worth it to write about it because literally "All Structures are Unstable". My whole philosophy of life in some ways is based upon this basic truth of life.
Life is like an Ocean wherever one is in time, space or consciousness with winds and storms and constantly unexpected actions and consequences at any and all moments. Chaos Theory is in all our physical lives every moment. Freaking out about this gives people ulcers. But accepting it as a natural part of life gives one peace. By accepting that literally "All structures are inherently unstable" one can then move forward and live ones life at peace. But until one accepts this there can be no peace because a person will always try to create a stable structure but none exist accept in the ideal. So, there is peace in accepting the inevitable instabilities in literally all physical systems in the universe. Only then can one devise a practical way forward.
