I think it is a software glitch but for some reason the Google translator disappears on 130,000 hits but it is there on all the other article pages.

Note:
I realized it moved into the article and disappeared from the page just on this one article. However, when I tried it it still works for the whole website even if you change to another language from within the 130,000 hits blog article.
