Are Governments Good or Bad?

I would say Governments are both Good and Bad and at the same time neither good nor bad. But, they are necessary to get anything done at all. Because without leaders nothing happens useful.

So, if Governments aren't good or bad what are they? They are necessary fictions for people to relate to in regard to decision making for the masses. However, don't expect any government to tell the truth about anything. And simultaneously don't expect any government not to tell the truth about anything.

Well. That's pretty confusing! Yes. Governments are confusing because they cannot be expected to tell the truth about anything ever. Why is that? Because if they were expected to tell the truth about everything those governments would always collapse. Why is that? Because there are things that all governments have to do to stay in power that are not nice and often people die.

So, people cannot judge governments with the same standards that individual people are judged? That's right!

So, what standards should a government be judged by? Every citizen population on earth is different and each government's citizens have different standards.

So, if all governments aren't really ever good or bad how should they be judged? That is why I'm writing this so people can make up their own criteria for judging their governments.

If I were to judge what has happened by the reduction to the military and secret services by what the Sequester just did, then logically what just happened would be a fundraiser just like the 9-11 planes flying into the Twin Towers was. But, that is only logic that comes direct from what scary thing the Sequester did to the military and the secret services nothing else. No cosmic predictions here at all.

Well. If that is true then what did the two brothers do? Well. I haven't seen the surviving bomber speaking to newspeople at all. So, how do we know that is what he is writing? What if he is writing something else? It just seems too convenient for him to be shot in the throat and tongue.

But, this is all just logic not predictions of any kind. Also, you noticed the Ricin Guy has already been let loose because he didn't do it. So, who did do it? Maybe someone inside the government who wanted to scare people into giving more money to investigators of various agencies.

After all, these are scary times for the military, the secret services and for Social Security recipients when a Sequester can do this much damage. Look at the FAA and all the flight delays that are sure to get worse even now. Just think how bad it must be in the Pentagon and other agencies that are affected by the Sequester? How crazy are these times anyway?
