Hungry for Change (2012) on Netflix streaming

This is an excellent movie to learn about how modern days foods and diets are literally killing people and making them slowly or quickly starve to death. If you don't know enough about what foods to eat to stay alive, sane and healthy then you won't.

Most people in the developed world are overweight and simultaneously starving to death for the RIGHT foods. So, they don't eat the right things to stay alive and healthy. My father studied with Paul Bragg during the 1940s and 1950s and I met Bragg around 1960 when I was 12. So, I was exposed to how to eat to stay alive. Jack Lalanne who was on TV for years and started people going to Gymns in the U.S. to work out and run was also a student of Paul Bragg.
