describe the effects of being forced to take this drug, basically this is what is happening to forced child soldiers and adult soldiers forced to take this drug:
After taking this drug it appears to be effective for about 12 hours.

The first symptom of this drug would be no fear whatsoever of anything. So, when ordered to kill or maim others or themselves in any circumstances they are going to do as told (whatever it is). Then, the Amnesic affects of the drug are going to prevent any or not much of any memory of what they have done recording on their neurons. So, after killing, torturing women or children or whatever atrocities they have done or witnessed they likely wouldn't remember much of anything of what they have done. So, in effect we are talking about almost a literal zombie or like an outside directed biological organism that then forgets what he or she has done (if he or she survives whatever they were ordered to do while on this drug.)
So, in effect child and ISIS Adult soldiers who are given this drug are not in control of their conscience or mental or physical facilities and are acting a lot like "Zombies" or a biological robot controlled by people outside of themselves. So, whatever they are told to do they would do including die or kill or torture whoever or whatever and then they would forget about what they have done as the drug wore off within 12 hours or so.
So, instead of men or children of conscience (actual human beings) we have beings under orders to do almost anything barbaric that then forgets what he or she has done never to remember it again.
This may be the single most horrific statement of the ISIS war so far that people are being reduced to biological unthinking or unfeeling robots with no thought of their own safety or of any other's safety either. Horrific!
And they they forget about what they have done. So, even if questioned they might be able to pass a lie detector test in front of a War Crimes Trial! So, even where the pieces of bodies they tortured or killed will not be found. Horrific!
