To Me, this idea is particularly frightening. Simply because, China vested interest in all this is not the U.S. vested interest or Europe's vested interest or the world's vested interest.
When you look at the Internet that spans almost all countries now, it is one virtual world with no countries in the way for the most part. So, if China runs this internet. Or if the world allows or doesn't prevent this "Chinese Internet" then China then controls the "Virtual world" or all business that moves through the Internet, which could be from 50% to 100% in the near or far future of business worldwide.
So, what I'm saying here is that "The Internet is business everywhere". So, if China controls the internet it also would control all money for the most part everywhere too. So, as individuals we need to understand this not to be completely dis-empowered financially and lose all financial rights as well as our human rights which often are directly or indirectly tied to financial rights worldwide now.
IF China controlled the Internet it wouldn't have to have a war with any country or countries because at that point it would control the financial dealings with all countries all the time in a macro way.(not in a micro way) but definitely it could control all the major business and governmental decisions worldwide in this way.
