Saw two new Hawaiian Birds today

Black Crown night Heron who landed on rocks in the middle of a large pond of water where we are staying. And here is the second one:

a Saffron finch

The most common birds on all the island are:

Mynahs that look like this one. I have seen this bird on every island I have visited over the years.

 

 

and Hawaiian wrens like this I believe:

red crested cardinals: Even though this appears to be an invasive species
