I'm not doing this for any reason but it is the only way I can stay alive for now. But, the best way to express this is I have been able to eat water, Pedialyte(which is basically a saline IV in flavored water to take orally to balance your electrolytes so your brain and body still works enough to function at all), and then for 6 days I have only been able to keep down a total of one cup of plain Kefir, and then the only really solid food I kept down was two bites of an organic apple which felt like I was grating my stomach with a grater, and finally a few bites of a Gluten Free package of Oatmeal. This is the totality of what I have been able to keep down the last 6 days. Yesterday to keep my brain functioning I took a B-12 sublingual (which you put under the tongue so you don't have to swallow it and it goes directly into your bloodstream through cell salts).
Last night wasn't the physically scariest time so far that has to be from Midnight to 3 am starting midnight Friday night. That's when I most thought I was possibly going to die that night or soon.
Going to the hospital saved my life of this I am sure because of the complicated problems was having including (what I now realize after talking with my son who is a trained nurse) was if you throw up more than 3 times in a row you likely need to go to a hospital anyhow to get put on a saline drip to make sure you live through the day or night as a precaution. I threw up starting at the hotel room once or twice, and then I tried to go over to a friend's house and threw up 2 times outside his house, and then I threw up several times more after returning to the hotel room and even after I was in the emergency room of the hospital. But, the long term consequences of all these things are that I am alive, my bowels work, but I can't keep most things down and throwing up anymore is too energy consuming to stay alive very long throwing up all the time. So, I've learned to only eat what stays down which so far is not much.
