Before I was diagnosed with a hypothyroid condition in 2006 I used Sudafed to keep Bronchitis form killing me which I got about 5 times a year because I hadn't been diagnosed as being Hypothyroid yet. Once I was diagnosed with a hypothyroid condition I took Armour thyroid because it made me feel like I was 20 years old again in my mind and body. All Brochitis stopped and never returned after this diagnoses and ongoing treatment.
However, when I began taking Lisinopril again for heart problems a few years later, I was told I couldn't use Sudafed anymore but I could take Coricidin HBP Cough and Cold. (Make sure they are not the gells but a hard red tablet for this to work on your chest congestion right.
Yesterday we realized I needed to be on Coricidin HBP Cough and Cold so I could stay out of the hospital. My wife let me have the room in Portland by myself so I could get up and turn lights or TV on or mungle around 24 hours a day and try to heal myself. I was really lucky last night as I found I slept from about 8 pm to around 7am just with trips to the bathroom, coughing and taking medicines. So, I'm feeling much better today than I did yesterday. Yesterday, I was sure I would have to go back into the emergency room today. However, after taking coricidan once every 6 hours since yesterday I think I can manage this without returning to the emergency room.
My wife and daughter got another room so I could devote all my energy to healing myself.
