I think even though this can be very useful to understand better what is happening from a long term survival viewpoint of the species of human beings on earth that without some understanding of a human Soul and it's relationship to all this might be more confusing than helpful. When I studied a lot of this at UCSC when I was studying Cultural Anthropology I was in my late 30s and early 40s so I had had time to spiritually develop so science no longer was harming me like it did when I was 18 in regard to creationism which I had been taught as a child growing up. However, by the time I was 21 I had resolved all this because both Creationism and Evolution are both only theories in the end and I realized I wasn't really forced to believe in either of them. IN some ways 1000 years from now all science and all religions might be seen the way we look at people in ancient times describing how the universe was formed in every tribe around the world. For example, one theory was a flat earth resting on the back of a tortoise moving through the stars of the heavens.
And literally everything we presently believe scientific and religious and cultural might be thought of like this in the future 1000 years from now.
This is not to dishearten you, it is simply to realize that everyone is going to have their own version of reality. When I listen to my children (I'm 67) I don't like the lack of respect that younger people
show now. And yet, I want my daughters to be able to say "No" especially after living through the 1950s and 1960s in the U.S. myself. So, even though they might be less respectful than my wife and I were to our elders I worry a lot less about them having the kinds of problems my wife and I had in the 1970s and 1980s navigating our way in the world as adults. And also, all my kids either have a college degree already or are in the process of getting one which always helps in being able to make better decisions and knowing how to get the information you want from anyplace if you have to at any point in time. But in the end it is like Einstein said paraphrased: "Unless you have common sense intelligence just isn't very useful."
I have seen really intelligent people do really crazy things, and because of this many of them were gone before their time. So, remember, Common sense is the main reason people live a long time beyond genetics and education.
One thing I do remember about all this from studying it in the late 1980s and early 1990s is that we are naturally conditioned or set up by nature to be attracted as males to women with wide hips and big breasts because they are more likely to survive childbirth whereas in some cases (in the old days
women that weren't built a certain way were much more likely to die in childbirth.
However, now C-Sections deliver so many babies this conditioning is no longer valid completely. Also, because of not being born through the birth canal babies with much bigger heads can survive too that would have died through natural childbirth.
So, already humans have drastically messed with natural selection, but human males still prefer the things that will allow a woman to survive childbirth which are wide hips (for delivery) big breasts for nursing the baby with a little meat on the woman (so she doesn't starve to death during gestation or birth.
So, this is all naturally programmed into males for maximum live births in a human population without any medical doctors even in times of starvation.
And this might not change in males for a long long time (or it could change over night) we'll see.
