If animals are disappearing 100 times as fast as they used to: What about humans?

The world is embarking on its sixth mass extinction with animals disappearing about 100 times faster than they used to, scientists warn, and humans could be among the first victims of the next extinction event.
Not since the age of the dinosaurs ended 66 million years ago has the planet been losing species at this rapid a rate, a study led by experts at Stanford University, Princeton University and the University of California, Berkeley said.
The study "shows without any significant doubt that we are now entering the sixth great mass extinction event," co-author and Stanford University professor of biology Paul Ehrlich said.

Someone needs to tally up all the people around the world who have died in storms in the last century because those people "died" likely from Global Climate change mostly before people knew about what it was.

Global climate change did not start in the 1970s when people realized something was really wrong. It likely started when people started slash and burn techniques for farming 5000 to 15,000 years ago depending where it was on earth when.

So, slash and burn was the beginning of Global Climate change along with man made forest fires and wood stoves and fires for all purposes built by men or by accident by them.

So, you could say that Global Climate change began maybe 1000 or more years ago all over the earth and continues today caused by the activities primarily of mankind we believe now.

But, on top of this it also now appears we are in a Polar Reversal or a Geomagnetic Excursion (one of the two) which makes it more complicated trying to understand this now for scientists. Because both of these things cause a 1000 to 10,000 year time without a magnetosphere like we had before 2000 which reduces it down to about 0% to 10% of what is was in the 20th century on average. And this also causes mutations in all surface dwellers including humans because we aren't protected like we were from the Cosmic rays and more dangerous rays and plasma from the sun like we once were.
