ISIS Is Firing More Chemical Weapons at Kurds

The problem  of ISIS firing more chemical weapons at their enemies is that it also proves what they are going to do with more lethal weapons like Nuclear ones if and when they get them too. So, the danger of ISIS is growing because diplomacy doesn't exist among ISIS (ISIL) and might never exist there. So, for them, because there is no diplomacy.  It is also true, however, that ARafat was once considered to be a terrorist but eventually became the leader of the PLO which is a political group recognized by the whole world to this day.
