I can't say yes definitively but it is definitely possible. We have not been able to be there when ice ages started before, but we do know they are sometimes associated with Geomagnetic excursions. Because of the movement of the North and South poles since the early 1900s we may be in a Geomagnetic excursion right now which can last from hundreds to thousands of years. Hopefully by 2100 scientists can definitively say whether we are now in a geomagnetic reversal or excursion because we are very likely to be in one or the other.
Otherwise, why is magnetic north moving quicker and quicker each year now?
When you add to this the Maunder minimum in the sun which should cool the earth for about 40 to 70 years, it is possible that this minimum would be enough to tip us over into an ice age. Climatologists are pretty good at their profession but haven't lived through geomagnetic excursions or geomagnetic reversals before, so they can't say for sure what is happening quite yet.
However, by the end of this century likely we will know for sure what is actually going on with the movement of the magnetic north and south faster and faster.
One reason there is GPS at all is we couldn't trust magnetic north or south any more for any navigation.
