Airman rides wing of Flying Tiger on Ground in Tunisia

I couldn't get the picture to load here for whatever the reason of an airman directing the plane as he rides the wing as it taxis along a runway. They said it is because you cannot really see forward well when taxiing. The Airman is there so the Tiger doesn't hit any obstacles or get damaged. Once it is in the air you would be able to see better because the tail would be up level with the rest of the plane. But since it is a tail dragger it is a problem navigating on the ground to miss obstacles.
