This is the type of squirrel we have the most of here on the northern California coast

• Where I live it is in a redwood, pine, oak and fern forest near the ocean. so we see a whole lot of these and deer in our area year around along with woodpeckers and blue jays and crows and smaller brids and at night the raccoons come so leaving your pet outside after dark isn't the best idea.
