South Africa to Withdraw From International Criminal Court

The U.N. has failed (we see it in Aleppo). NATO has failed (we see it in Crimea and Ukraine). Now the International Criminal Court has failed (we see in in South Africa's withdrawal from the court. As all the powerful institutions that arose as lessons from up to 100 million dying in world war II fade away it appears that another 100 million might also die trying to once again learn the same lessons we learned from World War II and then the Cold War which also took another 100 million lives from 1945 until 1990.
