Arrival (2016)

As you watch this movie an important question might be: "What happens when?" But, even that question might not be the most important one. I started thinking about what a movie like this would have done to 1950s audiences which were much less educated and sophisticated like now and thought how most people would have no idea at all what was going on in this movie.

But now, with much more sophisticated audiences this works but even now just barely.

A world like this movie approximates reminds me more of the world I live in in regard to Time and Space. IN the end Time and Space are not as real as most people think they are or hold onto.

Time and Space are only very relatively real and sometimes not even that.

So, it takes a real grown up to even begin to face the real truths of life because most people are not brave enough to face real truths. Most people just collapse under the weight of actual truths and turn to mush.

I find that I am better at this than most having survived childhood epilepsy and having been forced to beg God to join me in my body so I wouldn't die young. But, we all have the things we deal with in life and often if we survive them we are much stronger than those who haven't faced such hard tests in their youth.

This movie is an amazing one if you are sophisticated enough to get what they are depicting here. So, I think eventually this will be thought of as a classic.
