Crocs- So you can keep walking

I'm writing about Crocs the rubber shoes not crocs the crocodiles.

Since I found I had only 40% heart compression (normal is about 60%) I started wearing Crocs most of the time unless it was raining or slippery or we were out at a fancy restaurant or party or something like that.

Because one of the problems of low heart compression is not getting enough blood to your feet, hands and head. It's all the extremities. So, when you wear crocs the little nubbins in the souls massage your feet and massage blood into your feet so you don't lose feeling in your feet and have to one day ride around on a little 4 wheel electric scooter or something. So, if you have low heart compression like I do Crocs are a good answer.

I even wear then (if it isn't slippery from rain) in the forests. and even then sometimes I can ford streams in them because they are rubber and are okay walking in rivers, ocean or streams because they are impervious to water. However, if you go in the ocean you might want to rinse them off with fresh water so they last longer. Also, they float as well. So kayaking this has been nice if they come off my feet in a kayak and start to drift away I can just reach out and grab them.

It also allows me to ski because I still (since 1998) have kept skiing because I haven't totally lost all the feeling in my feet(especially the soles) where you need to feel the ground and earth and ski boots to maintain control on the slopes and for hiking and everything else.

So, if you are innovative and creative you just keep going. I just keep walking my dogs in forests and the ocean almost every day I'm home so in the winter I can ski with my friends in Mt. Shasta or wherever I want to and I can still walk well and travel the world.

So, Crocs are something that can help you live and enjoy life a long long time and still be able to do all the things you want to.

Also, the way I keep enough blood to my head is exercise every day out walking especially with my dogs but also lisinopril which works quite well for this condition too. If you also have edema (I also have to watch out for this Spironolactone also works for this and keeps your heart from working overitme trying to pump fluids up out of your feet and calves. So, I find I still can climb mountains, snorkel in Hawaii, ride a motorcycle, ski in Mt. Shasta or wherever if I am always innovative and creative in how I do things.

Just use your intelligence, ask the right people the right questions and continue to have great lives and you just might make it to 100 or more.

Oh, and be sure to do a sublingual B-12 every day so your brain keeps working even if your stomach can no longer process B vitamins that keep your brain working. A sublingual b-12 goes directly into your blood through your saliva glands under your tongue and helps prevent senile dementia.
