This is a difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons.
First of all have you ever been a time traveler and do you know what actually happens when you actually become one?
You don't view life the same way as before for one thing and then you come to view experiences as important moreso than the physical time and space they occurred in.
Why?
Maybe you would need to experience enough time travel to understand this.
But, here is one way you might fathom this.
If you are in Califronia and you get on a plane to New York to visit is what you are experiencing in New York Normal to you?
Or if you are living and growing up in New York and you get on a plane to California is what you are experiencing in California normal to you?
What if you were growing up with rich parents and once every week they sent you to either new york or back to California 7 days in between each journey. How would you feel then?
Next, imagine if someone had you spend one week in every state in the U.S. ?
for a year? ongoing for a lifetime? ongoing for 10 lifetimes because you are evolved and don't die for thousands of years or maybe never?
I'm sure it's been done but this might be the only way to really understand what traveling time a lot does to a person.
So, at this point each experience becomes important and it doesn't matter where it is.
What is important to you now?
You are visiting all sorts of times and spaces and they all speak English in this example but how much do you really have in common with all these people?
So, what do you value?
So, when I tell you that in 1684 Arcane becomes Saint Germain what if I also tell you he was 3000 to 4000 years old and had time traveled that whole time all over earth's timelines and the galaxies timelines during those 4000 years before he became Saint Germain and became fully enlightened in all ways sort of like Jesus or Buddha?
Would you even know how to relate to someone like this?
All you could do is to relate to them with whatever life experiences you have already had.
By God's Grace
So, for a time traveler it doesn't matter when it is, each experience is important because it is your life no matter what time or space you are experiencing at the time.
