Moss growing on roof tiles

Image result for moss growing on roof tilesWhere I live it sometimes does this because it is very moist near the coast. I also have this type of cement roof tiles. They are lifetime tiles as long as you don't step on them and break them by walking on them wrong. But, when you have moss like this walking on them would be very very dangerous because you could slip very easily especially if your roof is very sloped. So, usually going up on the roof is better in summertime when the wind and sun blow the moss away in the sunlight.

Where I live it doesn't usually get this bad except in really rainy weather in the winter and early spring. So, it's mostly on the very lower ends of the tiles where it does this where I live. The maximum was a month or two ago. But, even last night here on the coast it was 39 degrees which is pretty unheard of for here this late in the year.
