Chiang kai chek was friendly to the western world but I believe both Mao Zedong and Chiang Kai chek

fought the japanese and likely Germans too during World War II.

Eventually, Mao won and Chiang Kai Chek moved to Taiwan and fought off Mao from there and

Kept Taiwan intact until today it still is independent of China.

By the 1950s Mao being a communist brainwashed all children and above to hate the Americans

and trained children and above that one day they would invade America and take it over. So, all

were trained to think of Americans as very very bad people that one day they would wipe off the

earth.

Then in the 1970s Kissenger and Nixon went to China and started trading with them as the

Chinese have always been very entrepreneurial by nature, much more than Russia. So, in this way

we helped the Chinese pull themselves out of poverty by trading with them to where both

our countries are close to equal now in world trade

Now Trump has seen that the most favored Nation trading status we have given China all

along is now harming seriously the American Economy and likely has since the 1980s or 1990s.

So, the 500 billion dollars in trade deficits per year Trump is trying to end with China.

Because China has taken advantage of the U.S. and the western world in many many ways

economically over the years. However, they are much less likely to nuke us and send their

armies in and kill us all like they all wanted to in the 1950s and 1960s when most people in

China were very ignorant and uneducated. But, now many many Chinese young people

have gone to college in the U.S. and they go back to China and tell of how good or how

bad they think life is here in the U.S. and many many Chinese people have also stayed

here in the U.S. or Europe or Canada as well. (especially very rich Chinese and their children).
Because there isn't the air and water and land pollution here like there is in China. Even the air
blowing over into Seoul, South Korea from Beijing is impossible to breathe more and more every year.

So, this is basically the history of China and the U.S. since World War II as it relates to peace

and trade and how we turned China from an enemy and into a trading partner and friend.

Note: Also, because Mao was communist he was allies with the Soviet Union which is what
Russia was called before the Cold WAr ended around 1990. China and Russia are still alied
but it is different now as they both trust each other less now as well since the Cold War ended.

China because it is more entrepreneurial has been more monetarily successful. But, communism
harmed Russia in more severe ways than it did China. Capitalsm has saved China in many many
ways even though their handle on pollution is terrible. So, it is money over clean air, clean water,
and clean land. So, millions are dying in China and Russia from pollution every year now.
