The best way for me to share how inexpensive shipping is through Amazon is to tell you about my son. One of my sons hobbies is to build custom made and designed Gaming desk top PC computers. By the time he was 19 he had is APlus certification as a Computer Tech which meant he could build computers from scratch or install DSL lines or all sorts of other computer and internet related stuff.
He also like to study programming languages like C, C++ etc at the time too.
Well he and I thought about building a custom computer for the first time and he and I both realized that he could buy parts, even exotic parts for his computer through Amazon Prime in building a specific Gaming PC desktop computer for a friend. So, the actual cost would be around 500 dollars less to do this through Amazon than it would be anywhere else as long as you were ordering all parts through Amazon Prime. So, the custom computer he built cost him only 700 dollars in parts rather than 1200 to 1500 with shipping costs which are free over Amazon.
