I wanted to take a screenshot on my Mac

I knew it was possible to do this on a PC because I have done it many times. However, I was less sure I could do this on a Mac so I looked it up. However, in the end I found it actually more useful to take a picture of it with my IPhone and then send that in a text to my family all over the world.
