The concept of a pocket drone appears to be "a drone you can put in your pocket for when you want it to follow you doing something. Let's say you climb a mountain and there is enough air for it to fly and not too much wind, you set it loose to take movies or pictures of you standing on a peak somewhere.
Or say you want it to follow you on your off road motorcycle or skateboard or whatever you want to do. I think it might home in on your GPS signal in your phone or something else to follow you as an autonomous camera taking pictures of you and your friends as you move on some kind of vehicle or in the air above you on a mountain peak or following you as you surf to shore on a surfboard on a wave.
