What is the highest temperature the human body can withstand?
Many people would die before reaching these numbers; they're half-decent estimates of what a healthy person could survive. TL:DR numbers: Dry air: 120+ °C (248+ °F) short term, 70+ °C (158+ °F) long term (with access to water at cooler temperatures). Tropical air: 60+ °C (140 °F) short term, 47 °C (117 °F) long term.

It says short term a human body can withstand ongoing living in 117 degrees but this isn't with humidity. If there is high humidity this temperature would be much lower. For example, I spent 24 hours or more in 120 degrees Fahrenheit in Arizona when I was 25 but I knew staying ongoing in something like that likely would be fatal within a few weeks time. So, likely a dry 117 degrees is the highest temperature a human can be outside and survive in without digging a hole or a cave or something where it is cooler inside in the shade or to have air conditioning in a house, or building or vehicle.
