Xanax is what ISIS gave children and anyone else they wanted to do horrible things they wouldn't do otherwise

was given and likely is still given to suicide bombers in ISIS when someone wants them to kill themselves without any fear whatsoever. The state of consciousness while on Xanax is akin to sleepwalking and memory of events after this drug wears off often it also becomes sort of an amnesiac. 

So, the bad things ISIS and other terrorist killers do while on Xanax they often don't remember or associate those things as being real when the drug wears off. 

So, if someone accused them of the horrendous murders they do while drugged they might not remember anything or even associate those murders with themselves in any way, shape or form.

Because of this it is quite likely that someone thus drugged could pass a lie detector test when the drug wore off because they would't believe they actually did what they might be accused of at all.

It's the part of this drug that is like an amnesiac in this sense. It has an amnesiac effect on a human mind.

So, Isis makes children or others first afraid by threatening their lives or their friends and relatives. Then they are forced to take this drug, then they either strap on explosives on them or get them to do terrible things. When the drug wears off if they are still alive they are just sort of confused and don't believe what they did at all and might not have any clear memory of what they did either. Just confusion remains when the drug wears off.
