I have been studying this phenomena for I think about 10 years now. And one of the results is that what is actually happening is either a geomagnetic reversal or geomagnetic excursion. The problem is defining which it actually is. Governments aren't really interested in telling people about this because it is just going to scare them. However, an excursion lasts about 1000 years and a full reversal can take 10,000 years. So, there is time to define it. After all previous excursions and reversals were survived by everyone and every creature that then lived on earth even though they tend to create genetic mutations of all creatures here on earth too. So, they tend to somewhat change the genetics of everything thing that lives on the surface of the earth down to about 50 feet deep in the sea. The reasons genetics somewhat change is the magnetosphere reduces (like it has now) down to about 5% to 10% or even down to zero in some places (like it has here now on earth around the poles since about the year 2000).
