The Galactic Time Guard

Protects the time lines of all planets, stars and nebula in the "Milky Way Galaxy".

How do they do this?

By Various means mostly like Earth based United Nations based time operatives do by retroactively changing time back to where it should be after criminals from earth or beyond change it.

The easiest way to find out something needs to be changed back is to watch a planet blow up and then you go back in time and fix it. However, often beings who live on that planet that was blown up have bad dreams because even though on this timeline they didn't die they still remember when they did.

So, this traumatizes those who remember dying on the original timeline when the planet was blown up.

However, once you focus on the fact that you are now alive on this timeline and everything is basically okay, you can overcome these bad dreams of dying in a nuclear holocaust where a planet is turned into an asteroid belt or worse.

So, by focusing on right now where everything is relatively okay and 8 billion or 5 billion people are not dead is a good thing.

And this is how the Galactic Time Guard changes time to a better one over and over again throughout the galaxy ongoing for likely about 5 million years into the past (or more) and 5 million years into the future (or more) ongoing. And there are also Galactic Time Guard members on this planet in all governments on earth as well and this will be ongoing and has always been here on earth as well.

In other words, "There has never been a time when some galactic time guard members were not on or near Earth since it was created and the same is true as long as earth exists into the foreseeable future."

And so for 65 million years ongoing Earth has been "Galactic Park Earth" and under the direct protection of the Galactic Government as a protectorate. And we are thought of a lot like the Deer and bears in Yosemite and Yellowstone are thought of.

We are considered very quaint.

And it has always been this way for at least 65 million years or so since the larger dinosaurs were extincted so some refugees from Mars and Maldek (the asteroid belt) could come here to survive.   So now, beings come from far and wide from this galaxy and others to see Earth because it is one of the most unique parks in the whole galaxy.

However, they appear to be like us when they come and bring this technology with them so as not to disturb the occupants (humans and animals) of earth in order to preserve the quaintness of earth for future generations to visit for recreation.

Note: Go watch some "Men in Black" movies. It's pretty much like this but not as funny in real life.
